In today’s episode of Women Over 50, Life Redesigned, I have Lynn Louise Larson of the Cosmic Valkyrie with me. Lynn is a Certified Hypnotist from the National Guild of Hypnotists, a Master Certified 5-PATH® Certified Hypnotist, and 7th Path Self-Hypnosis® Teacher. She specializes in Informed Soul Technique and she is also a NASM certified Personal Trainer in Women’s Health, Fitness, and Nutrition, an Aromahead certified Aromatherapist, an AMI Meditation Guide, and a RRCC certified Reflexologist. For decades, Lyn has helped others come back into their beautiful body and love and trust it once again through her Rapid Recovery Method where she combines ancient healing, fitness, nutrition, and subconscious reprogramming to take you places you never thought possible.
In my conversation with Lynn, I had so many aha moments and bite sized wisdom, and I know that you are really going to enjoy this! One of my favorite takeaways from this episode was a phrase that Louise used when she found out that she had climbed a mountain of success, but had climbed the wrong one. So as you listen to my episode with Lynn, I want you to ask yourself a question: are you climbing the right mountain?
