This episode centers around the complexities of sin, serving and repentance. Jesus extended grace and forgiveness to individuals involved in sin. Be compassionate and patient with people who are being transformed. This episode is a reminder that Christ died for us while we were sinners. He also had a calling for us to pursue.

This episode is different. I'm releasing it early to assure you that it's too late to influence anyone's opinion on who to vote for. It's also too early to tell who will become our next President.
I'm calling everyone, women in particular, to stay focused on what the Lord requires of us. We have a voice no matter who is elected in any office of our government. Take heed to listen for opportunities to make a change for the Kingdom of God. Use your power to - "Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity."

I love watching children develop their personality and skills. Today there are parents that believe in allowing the child's natural instincts teach them. When a healthy, well-fed child gets to a certain age and are still wearing diapers or whining for a tit: if their parents aren't teaching them how to put their jacket on or step into their shoes, I wonder if they’re being nurtured. We need someone to help us to mature. We all need to be nurtured.

Be encouraged that God is faithful even when we are not. The word for today is "Nevertheless", from Psalms 89:33. Even as saints, we sin, nevertheless we can always go to God and He will always get us back onto the path of righteousness. We don't need to fear, nor try to hide from Him. Our loving Father sees and nevertheless has made a way for us to be restored to fellowship with Him.
Also, remember to study the Bible and don't hesitate to ask questions if you don't understand. It's not always necessary to talk to a scholar or theologian to get clarity. Use commentaries, and also talk to the person sitting next to you in Bible study.

Today I'll be talking about feelings. If you haven't read Jenny Allen's book titled 'Untangle Your Emotions", I recommend it. People have become physically ill trying to manage feelings that God is waiting for us to talk to Him about. I hope you'll draw nearer to Him, by letting Him into your secret stash of feelings. They aren't to be ignored, or ashamed of. God gave us feelings when He created us. Use them, and release them back to the giver, God!

God is able, but are you willing? Have you ever felt down because things aren’t happening how you prayed they would? Perhaps, you’ve asked if your prayers or desires are too big for God to handle. Or, you may think you’re too insignificant to ask for great things. Doubt is a killer of dreams! We must not let the enemy stop us from desiring big things. Our God is awesome, and we need to go for the gold. We limit Him with our limitations and that should not be.
This episode of 'Women Rise Up uses the analogy of a race to explain how Christians must train and be ready for the unexpected return of Jesus. Citing scriptures from Matthew 25 and other scriptures, I'll underscore the importance of being prepared for the return of Christ. Daily disciplines like fellowship, Bible study, and applying what we've learned, will help us stay prepared.

In this episode of 'Women Rise Up,' I'm looking into the concept of 'incurvatus in se'—a Latin term describing a person turned inward on oneself. Through inspiration from St. Augustine and references to various biblical passages, I want my listeners to shift from seeking external validation to finding true worth in God's love. Self-centered behaviors can hinder our spiritual growth and promote an outward-focused life of service. Once again, I want to encourage you to examine yourself and let go of ego-driven pursuits. Then embrace a journey of self-giving and inner healing through faith and divine love.

In this episode of 'Women Rise Up,' I'll delve into Acts 27, recounting the story of Paul and his shipwreck. Through Paul's experience, I'll emphasize that faith doesn't eliminate the storms of life but sustains us through them. Be reassured that even when everything seems to be falling apart, God's promises remain firm. I want to encourage you to hold on to your faith, despite the chaos around you. Trust that God will bring you through your personal storms to a place of blessings.
