The need for a good support system, from spouse to grandparents, to even your team mates, is a point that’s come up with previous guests, and it’s giving host Sarah a lot to think about and plan for when she hopefully embarks on her journey into motherhood. Sarah wants to have a child and continue her sailing career; in her words: 'have it all' and is striving to ensure her support system is in place for when she and her husband start their family.
