Ireland's Isabel Joyce retired from international cricket at the end of last season and has already been signed up as  the Director of Coaching at Clontarf Cricket Club in Dublin where she will have overall responsibility for all the teams. Cricket is in his genes and with all four siblings including her twin sister Cecilia, and her husband John Anderson playing the game there was never any doubt that this popular all rounder would transition from playing to coaching again and having already served as head coach at Dublin University - Trinity. She earned her first cap for Ireland in 1999 and has kept the team in 62 matches across all formats of the game including two ICC Women's World 2020 tournaments. Isobel also spent some winter seasons in Australia playing for the Hobart Hurricanes and she's also played for the railway union team that won the women's Irish Hockey League title and says she enjoys the contrast of coaching both sports now. Chris Stafford caught up with Izzy during a break from coaching her school hockey team.

Shannon Miller's guest this week is a strong and successful woman - Nancy Hogshead-Makar.  Nancy is an Olympic champion, Civil Rights Lawyer and runs Champion Women. Champion Women addresses standard Title IX compliance, Sexual Harassment and Sexual Abuse, LGBT, employment and pregnancy discrimination.  Nancy has been working on sexual abuse in the Olympic movement for nine years now, but it really heated up in 2018 after the Larry Nassar case.  This week’s Drill of the Week is 3v2 Back Checking Drill as Shannon share a good way to teach Penalty Kill (PK) early in the season, to get started, and then coaches can expand on this style of play based on their own coaching philosophies, the skill set of their team, and taking into consideration the talent level of the opponent.

Chris Stafford hosts Transcending Sport the show that features stories of women who transcend sport from entrepreneurs to charities, organizations to media initiatives, coaching and commerce.  Her guest is Molly Grisham who is based in the mid west where she grew up and whose career as a soccer player turned coach led her to redefine her purpose and establish her own business there.  Molly now focuses on team building and leadership development to help athletes and coaches who recognize the need for an outside facilitator to reach their athletic and personal goals. She launched a leadership academy to create a service-learning program with customized curriculum for self-assessment which mentors young leaders. Molly is dedicated to helping athletes and coaches become more productive and successful and clearly loves what she’s doing.

U.S. Event rider Elisa Wallace has competed at the top level of the sport for some years having grown up in the sport and she's probably best known for her partnership with Simply Priceless with whom she was named as alternate for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. While she enjoys retraining off the track Thoroughbreds, she has become know for saving the American Mustang and developing their potential in competition. Chris Stafford visited Elisa at her training center in North Georgia to meet her horses and hear about her training program, how she finds the Mustangs and also takes part in Mustang Makeover demonstrations around the country.
