Chris Stafford hosts Transcending Sport the show that features stories of women who transcend sport from entrepreneurs to charities, organizations to media initiatives, coaching and commerce.  Her guest is Molly Grisham who is based in the mid west where she grew up and whose career as a soccer player turned coach led her to redefine her purpose and establish her own business there.  Molly now focuses on team building and leadership development to help athletes and coaches who recognize the need for an outside facilitator to reach their athletic and personal goals. She launched a leadership academy to create a service-learning program with customized curriculum for self-assessment which mentors young leaders. Molly is dedicated to helping athletes and coaches become more productive and successful and clearly loves what she’s doing.

Shannon Miller's first guest of 2019 is NCAA Rugby Coach Becky Carlson who is one of those women on the front lines, fighting for women, fighting for female coaches, and doing her best to create a better reality for all of us. Becky has 12 years experience as an NCAA Rugby coach, winning three consecutive national championships, and was a Division I dual sport athlete herself. Becky is a champion for equality, a voice for women in coaching and the creator of “The Fearless Coach” – an online vehicle for mentorship and support of female coaches.  And Shannon's team play this week is Fore Check as an important part of defensive Team Play.

U.S. Event rider Elisa Wallace has competed at the top level of the sport for some years having grown up in the sport and she's probably best known for her partnership with Simply Priceless with whom she was named as alternate for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. While she enjoys retraining off the track Thoroughbreds, she has become know for saving the American Mustang and developing their potential in competition. Chris Stafford visited Elisa at her training center in North Georgia to meet her horses and hear about her training program, how she finds the Mustangs and also takes part in Mustang Makeover demonstrations around the country.
