Kathy Helbig- Strick had  been a full-time realtor for 25 years, She’s a broker, through one of the St. Louis area's highest selling teams over the last 23 years, She coded Keller Williams franchise and helped bring that brand to St. Louis for 10 years, after that she sold her franchise back and went independent. She was the broker owner/CEO of a 40 agent independent brokerage for nearly 5 years before merging with EXP 1 year ago.

She also assists her husband in their mortgage company where they help agents unlock the mortgage money and service their coyotes as well as creating a legacy line of income for them through mortgage.

She has 35 years of executive, analytical, and leadership expertise in strategic human resources management and services, with demonstrated success in the areas of command and control, communications, information management, personnel, training, protocol, and diversity and inclusion.

She is also a CDC Certified Divorce Coach ®, with a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching, and the owner of Beauty in the Midst, LLC, a woman, and Veteran-owned small business coaching, and consulting company. Beauty in the Midst DBA Divorce Coach Confidante is rooted in healing presence and holistic, action- and outcome-focused philosophies.

Mihae Kim Stefani, founder and owner of Gimga Design Group, has over 30 years of experience.  She has designed thousands of projects including logos, publications, annual  reports, newsletters, promotional packages, trade show & exhibit materials,  advertisements, websites, and events.

Mihae works with international clients from around the world and remains actively involved with  local community organizations. Her leadership style is to remain engaged with her creative team  throughout the life of a project, large or small.

Sue Ann Hong joined the Center for Asian Pacific American Women (CAPAW) May 2018 as the interim Executive Director. As of January 2020, she is the President & CEO. Her career was with State Farm Insurance Companies for over 28 years, including Data Processing, Diversity & Inclusion, Corporate Business & Technology Portfolio Management and P&C Auto Claims. She’s led up to 600 employees in multiple locations, managed 1000 contract employees and supported customers and State Farm agents in 23 states. She’s worked in various locations, including MI, IL, NY and GA.

She spent 20+ years running the back-end of the family business, where she fell in love with QuickBooks and the way it empowers business owners to make informed and strategic decisions.

Throughout that time, She acquired the experience and skills to run back-office operations, conduct internal reviews, manage and control A/R & A/P and much more for 20+ food retail locations.

Today, she educates and empowers business owners and their teams by coaching and training them on how to use QuickBooks and SOP’s (standard operating procedures) for their business, allowing teams to excel in their careers and giving business owners the confidence in their numbers to grow their business.

Dele Downs Kooley (sounds like Deli) is the master of the pivot! She has a diverse background that includes 20 years as an Air Force family member and Department of Defense civilian, working at three law enforcement agencies, and navigating corporate America at some of the largest names in business. Her career roles centered on communications, training, finance, program management, and leadership & development.
