Learning and understanding the signs of ODD. It's important you do your research as well, you need to be ready when speaking with a physician and when you're choosing the right counselor. You'll need a counselor that specializes in Behavioral.

We can definitely unlearn a lot the hurt we have. Mirrors can show the positive please believe me. How we look at ourselves at times, shows people how to view us too. ***I made it through very well before a... Cough attack came about.*** Remember: Don't fall so far back that your past... Keeps you stagnant and don't go so far in the future that... You aren't present for your now.

Check in with your babies. Our children need us.

We as women... Must truly sit back and see the uneven ground that happens. Show up. Be present. Be emotionally available. Hear and listen. Love on your man more. Don't let society change the narrative. Men are emotional and should have the spaces to be heard, it's sad a lot of men don't have those spaces. We can change all of that.
