Beth Hoving started her career in banking because of her love for both people AND numbers. Over the last 20+ years at Bank of America, Beth has held different positions that have enabled her to be involved in every aspect of business, from sales to team development and training.
Beth continuously sought new opportunities and took on different roles throughout her career to expand her growth, as many entrepreneurs have, but she created her empire within the structure of the corporate settings.
Currently, Beth Hoving is the Senior Vice President and East Division Business Support Executive for Small Business at Bank of America. She provides chief-of-staff support to the East Division leadership team and leads a team of regional business management and operations executives in the six regions of the East.
Beth started her career at Bank of America in 1997 as a Commercial Banking credit analyst in Kansas City. She then held various positions in the Global Learning organization from 1999 to 2011.
After that, she joined the Small Business department as the national sales performance manager for the Client Development Group. From 2014 to 2016, Beth led the small business banking team in North Carolina.

Alison Monahan was a successful patent attorney who was tired of selling her time. She finally quit her job to write the book she’s been talking to friends about when she connected with her now business partner.
Together, they formulated Law School Toolbox, an educational platform to help law students succeed during law school and help them pass the Bar Exam more easily.
Their inspiration came out of Alison’s frustration with questions on the Bar Exam that had no relevance to the type of law she had practiced.
Alison and her business partner, Lee did what many business owners have done when it comes to partnering up.
