Notes go heHello and welcome to one hell of a triggering episode! Today Megan and I talk about abundance and what it means to be abundant and to open up channels of abundance in our lives. This led to the inevitable talk about money and the role it plays. For whatever reason, talking about money was super triggering, and we definitely felt that energy in this episode. Our original intention was to discuss manifestation and abundance, how they are different and what that means. And you will hear us discuss this in the beginning of the episode. It was clear that source/spirit had different intentions for us because as the episode continued the topic turned into one of “what do you actually want?” And how the only way to manifest abundance in our lives is for us to first determine what we want our lives to be abundant with! Too much of anything we don’t want doesn’t feel like abundance at all, it only feels like a burden.

Ultimately the episode ended with Megan and I recognizing that the big take-home message is to learn who you are and decide what you want so that you can be abundant in the things that actually matter to YOU.

This weeks tool for your toolbox is an exercise in recognizing what you want in relation to abundance. Megan encouraged us to write down what it is we actually want, what we would like to be abundant in… Megan gave the example of wanting an abundance of time, and I gave the example of wanting an abundance of nature in my life. I also added to it, looking up “Abraham Hicks emotional guidance scale” linked below, and suggested thinking of a feeling you would like to cultivate within that abundance. And then being open to however the universe delivers this experience to you.!

Megan and I (Lissa) kicked off season two with a video - cast format designed for YouTube! Our first episode “TAKE UP SPACE” was set to be released when we pulled the plug and decided that we hated it (lol). Today in episode 1 (Take Two) we are back to audio format and are now implementing the video format on Patreon where we feel comfortable. Being perceived is no walk in the park, and we’ve decided we’re just not ready for YouTube, and thats ok. Today we discuss our failure at attempting a video-cast and lessons learned from manifesting a dream that didn’t resonate. Specifically we discuss what it’s like to recognize alignment by going back and forth between alignment, contrast and recalibration as we implement lessons learned and live in our Truths. Right now has been HARD and DIFFICULT for so many of us. In this episode Megan and I get real about our own difficulties in experiencing this collective energy. WAF episode 10: Instrument of your soul

Here we go! This is officially the last episode of season 1! Today’s episode is actually the 4th episode we recorded back in June. Neither of us remembered what we talked about before Megan edited this episode and so it was extra fun to listen back and see how much we have both changed. In this episode Megan and I discuss Dreams, how to remember your dreams, what soul groups are and what it's like to meet soul family in real life. We also talk about AI and what the heck our bodies are and how the body, mind and spirit all make up this instrument which has a unique tone that is specific to YOU.

Today we have an announcement! Megan and I (Lissa) have decided to begin season two! Which means this will be the end of season one, with one bonus episode next week and a week to rest and integrate. Season two will kick off 9/7/21! Why you may ask? Well because we are different people living in different realities learning different lessons and would like our podcast to reflect this newness and growth. Season one Megan and I were coming out of the wooo closet. The general vibe was one of healing and feeling, settling into new realities after 2020, and discovering our gifts- Now we are stepping into our FULL power and are ready to share these gifts with the collective, we have both had BIG shifts in out career paths and learning how to navigate this new version of ourselves.

We also recognize that WAF is more than a podcast at this point and want our content to reflect that as well. We are more motivated and focused than ever to create across multiple platforms and you can now find us on YouTube, instagram, tiktok, and patreon!!!

Hello all! In today’s show Megan and I do a collective reading. And oh my gosh are these energies intense! We kept today’s show a little shorter than normal because I am quite literally heading off to Oregon and will be gone for a couple weeks to rest, relax and ground my energy before coming back and doing readings. This collective reading was incredibly special and hard-hitting but also clear. Megan and I each did a separate reading but they paired together very nicely. The main topics of the reading are:

I’m summary, we looked at the collectively energy of where we were, where we’re going and how we’re experiencing that as a human being on this planet.

Megan discusses the importance of being your true authentic self, learning how to feel feelings of discomfort without making anybody the villain and without making yourself the victim. She discusses how as we become more and more unique in who we are we will inevitably not be for everybody and so will be stepping away from some connections and that this is absolutely OK. She discusses how we are making things harder for ourselves right now than they need to be because we are over analyzing and stressing about different decisions when in reality all paths lead home. 

Specifically she dives into whether or not we are compromising our reality for others and asks us to ask the hard question of if we are actually being true to ourselves or not? The overall message for Megan is to ground center shield yourself and make sure you are living in your truth, that you are a fragment of spirit and that all desires and wants that you have are also those of spirit. So in order to really sit with that energy ground yourself recall your energy, sit with who you are and what you want. Stay in alignment, be curious and know that all the paths will be clear in time and that this is how you properly stop projecting your gunk on the other people, by staying centered solid and grounded and who you actually are. Lastly Megan discusses finding community and how beautiful this is when we find our community after truly accepting ourselves because at that point we will be a resonant match.

I also had an energetically strong collective reading, but as Megan was discussing her reading a Channeled message came through of this transition. >>we are collectively learning how to move away from the energy of conforming ourselves to fit the mold of other people and essentially doctoring our actions, responses and behavior as a means of being able to predict how people respond and perceive us and instead living in authentic truth. We are learning how doing that can also be really scary because it changes other peoples perceptions of us. I discuss at length how when we are being ourselves and when other people are perceiving us as such it will ultimately lead to us naturally moving away from those that are not a match to our energy and moving towards those that are. And as long as we are surrounding ourselves with people that are a match we are able to operate in our highest timeline and at our highest frequency!

As we do this, it is important to remember that not everybody will be transitioning into a life and way of being that is one of autonomy, interdependence and co-creation. Some individuals prefer to stay and live in the preset reality that exists before them and not take responsibility for co-creation and manifestation in the way that we have. It is important to honor and respect these other ways of being as they are equally as valid and important. Just know that as long as you are doing what is right for you and as long as you are taking care of your own energy, grounding, centering and shielding yourself  when necessary then you will the operating at your highest frequency and on your highest timeline.

This weeks episode is one of the first episodes we recorded! In fact as Megan was editing this and as I (Lissa) was listening ,we didn’t remember any of what we has discussed prior.  It feels like ages ago that we recorded this. Life is a trip!

This week we discuss energy dynamics and how we are dealing with heavy hitting energies around us in our personal lives as well as in the collective. We discuss the high and low’s that we have been experiencing and how we have been ALL OVER THE PLACE.

Megan and I hopped all around with topics bouncing around form Dreams and the way we see the world moving forward, to dealing with uncomfortable feelings, communicating with higher dimensional beings, and how we are seeing a lot of people waking up and working through collective muck.

Megan and I talked at length about the grid space and how we both experience it, Specifically how we are experiencing multiple frequencies existing at once that we are resonating with, bouncing back and forward on timelines, with emotions- and sometimes this “bouncing” changing our perceptions and emotions in the span of minutes.

Lastly Megan and I talk about a particular dream I had and how I feel it was encouraging us all to protect ourselves and ground our energy right now, this lead into the topic of colors & how everyone’s reality really is based on our pre-set programing and perceptions.

Let’s try this again! In todays episode Megan and I chat about how we each receive downloads, perceive them, integrate and ultimately share them (when the time is right).

We talk about masking, boundaries and consent, our struggles with them, what we can do, and what ARE doing to move forward instead of being stuck in the endless cycles of trigger and reaction again and again, getting out of these looping cycles and stepping into our power to see the whole picture. BAM

Megan and I each share what works for us and what doesn’t (yikes) to help you from making the same mistakes we do, although there is no better teacher than first hand experience!

We decided that during each episode (if possible and if it fits) we will implement a new “tool” for you WAF “took box” something we’ve been calling “homework”, but talk about trigger word am I right…?

In todays “TOOL BOX” we ask you to make a list:

-When things are GOOD, settled and all is well,- make a list for you partner about the things you like and enjoy, and things you don’t like or enjoy, this way when your partner or loved one ask’s you what you want to do, or where you want to eat, instead of drawing a blank or getting triggered AF, you can pull out the list and give them an informed (and authentic) answer. Cheers to baby steps and lots of ice cream!

Collective reading July 12, 2021

Hey all this week we (Lissa and Megan) each do reading for the collective and boy oh boy are these some interesting energies! Overall one thing that keep repeating is that it’s time to get out of your own way! Specifically what continued to show up in the readings was how some individuals are working very hard to achieve some kind of success that they may not actually want. The old structures and paradigms may or may not be a match to you anymore and so it is up to you to take an inventory of what it is you actually want, and then take steps to make it happen.

Do you really want to be working at your job? Do you really want to be in the relationship you’re in? Do you really want to be living where you’re living?

This reading asks you to take a look at all these hard questions and really get honest and truthful with yourself in a loving and compassionate way. We are entering a totally new time where options are available to us that never existed before. Now more than ever we are being asked to step up into the fullness of all that we are by being ourselves. Each of you is unique and beautiful in your own way, each of you has a specific “tone “that is unlike any other in the universe, that can only be heard and expressed when you are being yourself, authentically and wholeheartedly.

No one will ever know what that “tone” is if you are constantly trying to fit the mold of what is easy, comfortable, or what has always been. In this reading you are encouraged you to ask the deep question…

What is it that you want?

In clarifying it was evident that a lot of the Woo as fuck collective is struggling right now because maybe you don’t know what you want, or you are having a difficult time getting an alignment with it. That does not need to be a problem at all!

Your homework for this week is to make time to do some thing that you love! Relax, enjoy yourself and know that this is all part of the ride. The good news is is that on the other side of this work is more joy bliss and abundance and you could possibly comprehend in the now moment. The work of clearing is difficult because you’re making space for all the things yet to come. Be so kind compassionate and loving towards yourself at this time. It’s clear that the energies are difficult for many right now, know that you have support all around you, and that you truly are a uniquely beautiful being, Sorce sees you, we see you, and you’re doing a really really good job.
