Hello and welcome to our final episode of season two! Today Megan and I talk about what changes are in store for season three and also reflect back on seasons one and two~ realizing how much has transpired in 2021 and how excited we are moving into 2022.
Three episodes a month:
In addition to this new format we will also be creating templates and segments for the episodes, specifically a “tool for your toolbox “segment that will have a downloadable PDF where you can collect and implement these tools in your day-to-day life.
We will be taking a break from publishing the podcast from now Until January 25 when we will release the first episode of season 2! If you would like more of our content before then we will continue to upload weekly to our Patreon.
We are eternally grateful for each and everyone of you and have found this podcast to be an anchor in our day-to-day life knowing that regardless of how chaotic and crazy our external or internal world gets we can always come back once a week and ground and resented with each other and with you.
Thank you so much for sharing in this journey with us.
This week Megan and Lissa go through a minor conflict together to model what healthy communication and conflict can look like when you are standing in integrity, authenticity, and setting healthy boundaries for yourself and honoring one another's boundaries.
We thought that this was important because we both know that if we had an example of what these types of difficult conversations could look like years ago, we would have much healthier relationships and boundaries in our lives at this point.

Welcome to part two of our duality release where we work through our struggles with falling asleep and flailing in real time.
In this episode we discuss what it is like to shoot for big ambitions and then immediately realize that you are not ready or on the right path and having to course correct and really sit in your emotions and struggle with feeling your feelings.
The episode starts with our energy pretty low and we work through what we both are experiencing and feeling in real time and work through it with you all. If you are feeling the same way or were in the same energy - you are not alone.

Welcome to this week's episode of WAF!
This episode was originally going to be unreleased and scheduled as Patreon only exclusive content because at the end we discussed some plans and some energy for things that have shifted. However, after going back and listening to the episode we decided to do two episodes this week to show the duality of energy and how quickly it can shift and what it is like when you are on the cusp of falling asleep.
This week we discuss gratitude and all of the things that come along with having gratitude and understanding in your life, especially when you are in situations that are particularly triggering for you.

Hello and welcome today’s especially powerful episode where Megan and I discuss what we’ve been avoiding, how we’re facing it and the ways in which we anticipate doing so will impact our future.
Today’s episode is all about learning how to face the things we’ve been putting off…
We speak in detail about what it’s like to face the things we’ve been avoiding, how it feels and why we avoid them in the first place. Going a level deeper we see we put things off (oftentimes) to avoid negative emotions of fear, shame and guilt at the “shoulds” we place on ourselves. Spoiler alert, it probably isn’t about the thing you’re NOT doing, you’re more likely avoiding a deep seeded feeling that’s triggering as Fu*K. Time to face those feelings and clean out that storage unit. It will feel soooo good. We promise!
We also go into detail about the future timelines we are anchoring in for ourselves and why visualizing your future self while still being grounded in the now is pivotal in stepping foot onto your highest timeline, and manifesting all that you desire into your lived experience.
Today’s tool for your toolbox is making a “Looming Dooms list”, specifically writing down everything you’ve been putting off or avoiding and then having that list available for when you’re feeling like your cup is full and you have energy to get things done, there’s no hurry to finish all of it, just check things off one by one and take note of how much easier the actual thing was than you anticipated.
We also did a timeline exercise and encouraged you to do the same: imagine your highest most desirable timeline one year from now. Then make a short clip or write a letter to yourself detailing what your world looks like. What have you manifested? What desires have come to fruition? Depending on who you are and what your primary manifestation tools are this will look different for everyone, Megan‘s example was general and feeling-based where as mine was detailed and manifestation-based. There is no right or wrong way to do this work! Do what feels best for you.

This week we are joined by Megan's childhood best friend Kylie to discuss mental health and all that comes along with those very real struggles.
This episode was recorded about a month ago, but wasn't originally released because the audio quality wasn't the best. However, the content of the episode is really important, so I decided to work with it as much as I could to make it acceptable.
Within this episode we talk about finding time for yourself to be a whole person outside of being a mom, mental health, our relationship to food and our bodies, our relationship with mental health, end of life planning, and a lot of other topics that are related to mental health.
This is a less woo episode, but mental health is often the first (and most important) thing that we need to consider along our journey to healing.

Today we talk all about flow! Megan and I discuss what it feels like to be in a flow state and why learning what flow State is is pivotal in learning how to live a life where we can see our desires manifested. Megan and I are currently learning how to operate in flow ourselves and are having hiccups in our day-to-day life with experiences that block this flow. We hope that you can learn from our experience and implement tools discussed, specifically we talked about learning how to acknowledge what flow feels like personally through recognizing what fills your cup and what drains it.
This weeks tool for your toolbox is to to look at what you’re literally filling your cup with… And also to look at what you’re pouring out of that cup. Once you have an understanding of this recognizing when you are and are not in a flow state, learning how to operate within one is much easier.
At the end of the episode we were able to clarify three questions to ask yourself that can help you recognize when you are in a flow state as opposed to if you are practicing escapism or are overstimulated…
1. Am I excited?

Welcome to our first episode with new microphones! Yay for better audio quality!
This week we discuss standing in your power, owning your energy and being able to differentiate your energy form the energy around you. We talk about trusting your Internal Guidance System (internal metronome and/or pendulum). Megan and I (Lissa) review how learning to live in our authentic truth has had its ups and downs and we share personal stories in learning how to hear what this truth is for us. We hope you enjoy and THANK YOU for listening!
This week your tools for your tool box are learning what your “truth” sounds like to YOU. Specifically sitting with “Two truths and a lie” which is an exercise in building your power of discernment, first within yourself and then with others. Tell yourself something you know to be true about you and and then two “non-truths” (lies) and FEEL the difference in your body. How do you know what you know to be true and what does that feel like to you? You can then use this feeling as your own inner guidance to “hear” and “know” truth in your day to day life.

Hello and welcome to our cozy episode!
Today Megan and I (Lissa) decided to go format free and listen to our intuition. After last week's heavy episode we wanted something a little bit lighter so we cuddled up in comfy clothes and hit record with zero plan.
We ended up talking about all kinds of things, specifically what we’ve been experiencing in our personal businesses and shifts in our energy as well as life updates on fun stuff individually & together, as well as ideas for moving forward in the future.
It was a huge breath of fresh air to have a format free episode and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Welcome to our very first solo-cast with Megan while Lissa is on a retreat.
This week Megan is talking all about working with yourself instead of against yourself and how that can look in your day to day life. The way that you do things and the systems that you build do not have to look the same way as it does for everyone else.
This is a shorter episode, but definitely worth the listen.
