Doubt is a natural part of being a human, but for the believer it is detrimental to our walk and impact on the world around us. Part of the ministry of the Holy Spirit is assuring believers of their standing before God. This message examines the work the Holy Spirit does in making people children of God and the call that then places on our lives.

Paul outlines how the Holy Spirit works in the life of believers to grant them power. This sermon examines the nature of that power and why it is that so many Christians don't seem to reflect such power in how they walk.*

Part of a Lord's Supper Service. Why do we continue to struggle with sin after such a glorious deliverance? As Paul continues his teachings on assurance and victorious living he stops for a moment to tackle the issue of the continued struggle with sin that Christians deal with. His point is that being dead to the Law makes us dead to sin. His answer to the problem is identifying with Jesus.

Victorious Living. It's a phrase we use a lot, but do we know what it actually is. As Paul continues his emphasis on assurance in this section of Romans he takes up the issue of the relationship of Sin and the Law in order to highlight the victory believers have over sin. In this first of 3 messages focused on sin and the Law, we look at the complete deliverance granted by Christ and what a victorious life really involves.

Jesus' response to the universal need of Sin finds application not only in the large scope of all humanity, but in our individual need to move past regret and shame and to live a life of freedom. This message looks at Paul's message about the first and second Adam in order to observe the life effecting impact they both have on who we are and who we may become!

Standing for what is right, even among Christians, can be difficult. This message looks at the place that God has given us to stand as we interact with our culture - Grace. If faith is one of the key elements of our salvation, it is imperative that we know what it is. Looking at Paul's description of faith and the distinctions he made concerning its nature, this sermon attempts to describe faith and call believers to live according to the challenges it demands of us.

Amaziah started out well in obeying the law and the prophets, but fell because he felt unappreciated. What realities keep us from finishing well and does it cost us when we abandon the path of righteousness?

In this passage, Paul concisely and powerfully explains the fullness of the Good News. His explanation of redemption: the source, need, how, and why of it; is one of the most theologically rich passages in all of Scripture. Jesus is without rival. This truth is most clearly demonstrated in His power to make all things new. This sermon draws together the previous messages in the series by illustrating the continuity of the portrayals of Jesus as God throughout Scripture. Seeing Him as Alpha and Omega, we discover that who He was before time is who He will be throughout eternity.
