We're talking today about prayer and the Dynamics of prayer. It doesn't do very much good to pray unless you can get an answer to prayer and prayer is dialogue with the Lord Jesus Christ, it's dialogue with Father God. It's dialogue with the Holy Spirit. How do we know that? God, hears and answers our prayers? Well, in Daniel chapter 10, verse 12, Gabriel comes to Daniel, because L had been praying for release from Babylonian captivity, and the whole nation of Judah was in Babylonian captivity with him. Everyone was praying for release, and Daniel was praying fervently and in Daniel chapter 10 verse 12, the angel Gabriel came to him and listened to what he said. Then, he said unto me, fear, not Daniel for from the first day that you did set your heart to understand and to chase in yourself before your God, your words were heard.Listen for more...Scripture referenced:Daniel 10:12Deuteronomy 81 John 5:14-15Jeremiah 1:122 Corinthians 5:7For more Free books, Sunday teachings and bible studies, or is you would like to make a love offering, please visit us at: https://www.walkinginpower.orgDr. Bern Zumpano is a Pastor and Teacher of the Word of God who has authored several books on Spirit-filled living through relationship with Jesus Christ and walking in the Power of the Holy Spirit. Bern has not only been a born-again believer for nearly the past 40 years, but also dedicated 31 years of his life to the study and clinical practice of medicine and surgery in the fields of psychiatry and brain surgery. We've been talking over the past several weeks about your Melchizedek priesthood in Christ, in our last session, we were talking about who Melchizedek was and what he was doing on the earth Melchizedek? According to the scripture was the Old Testament appearance of the Holy Spirit to Abraham that aspect of the Godhead, the holy spirit being the only part of the godhead who was ever been continually on the Earth from the Ian in Genesis 1 verse 2. He's called in scripture priest after an endless life in the book of Hebrews chapter 5 and again in chapter 7, he is called King of righteousness without father or mother and priest after an endless life. King of righteousness is a title that belongs only to God. And it says that he is made like unto the Son of God. So we know that he is not Jesus the Christ as some claim.Listen for more...Scripture referenced:Hebrews 5 & 7Genesis 1:2For more Free books, Sunday teachings and bible studies, or is you would like to make a love offering, please visit us at: https://www.walkinginpower.orgDr. We've been talking over the past several sessions, about the priesthood of the believer, Revelation 1:6 says that you are a priest and King unto, your God New Testament. Scripture also says you are a royal priesthood, a holy nation. The only royal priesthood of scripture is the Melchizedek priesthood mentioned in Genesis 14 for the first time. And then again in the book of Hebrews chapters 5 & 7 where Melchizedek, who is the Holy Spirit, the only part of the godhead who has been on the earth from the beginning of the creation and who appeared to Abraham and it is this Melchizedek who is referred to as king of righteousness, king of peace without lineage that is without father or mother priest unto the most high God and priest after an endless life. Those characteristics refer only to the godhead in Melchizedek, therefore is the Holy Spirit.Listen for more...Scripture referenced:Revelation 1:6Hebrews 5 & 7For more Free books, Sunday teachings and bible studies, or is you would like to make a love offering, please visit us at: https://www.walkinginpower.orgDr. We have been talking over the past several weeks about Melchizedek described in Genesis 14 as priest of the most high God. Melchizedek deck is also referred there as king of Salem, who met Abraham and the return of the battle of the Kings and brought Bread and Wine. Now, Melchizedek as we learn is the Holy spirit in Hebrews. 7:2, it says that Abraham gave a tenth part of all to him and that was a form of worship. He tithed and it continues in Hebrew 7:2 regarding Melchizedek first being by interpretation king of righteousness. And after that also, king of Salem, which is king of Peace in verse 3, it continues without father without mother without descent having neither, beginning of days, nor end of life.Listen for more...Scripture referenced:Hebrews. 7:2-3For more Free books, Sunday teachings and bible studies, or is you would like to make a love offering, please visit us at: https://www.walkinginpower.orgDr. We have been talking over the past several sessions about our Melchizedek priesthood in Christ, who was Melchizedek Melchizedek appeared to Abraham in Genesis 14. He is mentioned again in Hebrews chapters 5 and he is referred to as king of righteousness without lineage that is without mother or father priest after An endless life. Indeed, Melchizedek was the Holy Spirit and is the Holy Spirit and he is king of righteousness. The only manifestation of the Godhead who has ever been on the earth from the beginning, is the Holy Spirit who appears for the first time in the scripture 1n Genesis 1:2, Jesus being the creator of Genesis 1:1 confirmed in the Gospel of John, chapter 1 in the New Testament scripture.Listen for more...Scripture referenced:John 3:3, 6:631 Peter 5:10Psalm 37:5, 46:2, 57:2, 138:8Philippians 2:13Hebrews 12:12, 12:22-24Revelation 3:202 Corinthians 4:101 Corinthians 2:16, 4:20Proverbs 18:21Romans 8:19, 11:361 John 3:2, 4:7, 4:17For more Free books, Sunday teachings and bible studies, or is you would like to make a love offering, please visit us at: https://www.walkinginpower.orgDr. We have been talking about our Melchisedec priesthood in Christ. In our previous sessions, we defined who Melchizedek was. In Genesis 14, He appears to Abraham after the battle of the Kings, bringing Bread and Wine and Abraham revered him referred to him as Lord in Genesis 17 and in Hebrews chapters 5, 6. and 7 there are various references to him and he is indeed called King of righteousness without lineage without mother and father that is, Ancient of Days and a priest unto an endless life. In Genesis 14, he is referred to as priest of the most high god. We are talking about your Melchizedek priesthood in Christ. To go a little deeper into the understanding of who Melchizedek was we turn now to Genesis 14 and we read from verses 17 to 20 as Abraham was returning from the Battle of the Kings and the king of Sodom, went out to meet him after his return from the slaughter of chedorlaomer and the kings that were with him at the valley of Shaveh, which is the Kingsdale and Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth Bread and Wine. And he was the priest of the most high God and he blessed him and said, Blessed Be Abram of the most high, God possessor of Heaven, and Earth, and blessed. Be the most high God, which has delivered your enemies into your hand and he gave him, tithes of all, that is Abraham gave Mel tithes of all.Listen for more...Scripture referenced:Genesis 14:17-20, Genesis 17:1-7-15, Genesis 18:1, Genesis 21:1John 14:12Hebrews 5:7Revelation 1:6Jeremiah 29:11For more Free books, Sunday teachings and bible studies, or is you would like to make a love offering, please visit us at: https://www.walkinginpower.orgDr. Over the past several sessions about the Believer's priesthood in Christ. Most Believers don't even know that they have a priesthood in Christ, but the Bible speaks of one and it is called the Melchizedek priesthood because Jesus in the New Testament is called high priest, after the order of Melchizedek. Who was Melchizedek in Hebrews 7 verses 1-3, we read for this Melchizedek king of Salem priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter, the Kings and blessed him to whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all first, being by interpretation king of righteousness. And after that, king of Salem, which is king of peace. Without father, without mother without descent having neither, beginning of days, nor end of life. In our previous discussion we began the topic of your priesthood in Christ. In the Old Testament, in Genesis 14, when Abraham was returning from the Battle of the Kings, it says that Melchizedek priest and king of Salem came to Abraham with Bread and Wine. Now that bread and wine, which is spoken of, is symbolic of Life. Indeed, it's symbolic of the body and blood of Christ Jesus, through whom we have endless life and that bread and wine that was being carried by Melchizedek king of Salem was a foretelling of things to come. Now, it says that he was the high priest of God and what he was bringing to Abraham represented life.Listen for more...Scripture referenced:Hebrews 7:1-3Genesis 7, 14, 211 Peter 2:9John 1:6, 11:1, 11:35Revelation 1:6For more Free books, Sunday teachings and bible studies, or is you would like to make a love offering, please visit us at: https://www.walkinginpower.orgDr. We begin the new teaching series with this broadcast, called your priesthood in Christ, we've just heard Revelation 16 which tells us that Christ has made us Kings and Priests unto His God and Father, who is our God and Father and we want to ask the question: What is this priesthood that the scripture is talking about? Let's talk Talk more about it. Now we begin with Psalm 110 verse 4. Here, Father God, speaking of Christ the son says the Lord has sworn and will not repent. You are a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek. Who is Melchizedek and what was his ministry, that Christ should be a priest? After the order of Melchizedek, we go back to Genesis chapter 14:18 on.Listen for more...Scripture referenced:Hebrews 7+Genesis 8:1, 18:1-13, 21:1-32 Corinthians 5:7John 3:3-6, 6:63, 14:6Matthew 7Revelation 3Galatians 2:20For more Free books, Sunday teachings and bible studies, or is you would like to make a love offering, please visit us at: https://www.walkinginpower.orgDr.
