I'm a planner addict so New Year's with its focus on goals and resolutions is one of my favorite times of the year.  I love a fresh start!  I'm taking my time this year, deciding on the habits I want to work on and enjoying the delights of wintering tucked up under a blanket, savoring a little time off.  I did manage to settle on my word of the year and the January "Big Three" and I'll tell you all about them in this episode!
