We have been commanded to subdue the earth and to have dominion over it.  When we walk in God's authority, we possess the power to speak both the natural world and to the spiritual world.  To often, we do not recognize that the words we speak are planting seeds that are either creating or destroying. Nor do we recognize that the words that we speak are a mirror of what is in our hearts.  This message speaks briefly to the power of our words and the condition of our hearts.

General introduction to who Jezebel was and who she is today. 

Jezebel must have control.  This part brings to light three of the ways that she gets control. 

We are in a day where darkness prevails and battles are being waged on every front. Where are the watchmen? Where are those who stand in the gap to make a hedge? Where are the men of God who will defend their city? In this message, I address 3 lines of defense that God has called his people to, to defend against the enemies advancement in the Kingdom of God. 

In this episode, I connect Proverbs 14:12 and 12:15 with Luke 18: 9-14.  As a believer, we can learn a great deal about the parable of the Pharisee and the Publican.  Do we walk in a spirit of humility and love? Or, do we allow the spirits of pride, ego, and legalism rule in our hearts?  

We take a look at Proverbs chapter 14:12 and Proverbs 12:15 that addresses the difference between those who are wise and those who are foolish. 

Recognizing that there are two additional areas that we wrestle and contend with.  Like Jacob, we also wrestle with the Lord.  Will we hold on to the Lord until He changes us and our nature or will we continue to be who we desire.  Lastly, we decide whether or not we are going to take the fight to the enemy and wrestle with him. Are we willing to contend with him to advance the Kingdom of God or will we remain inactive and let the enemy advance and conquer.
