When i go to a restaurant, i always ask the manager for a table near a waiter so  i tend to overhear the waitresses calling the order in.  It’s a sort of restaurant jazz.  If you have  that’s a voracious appetite, you might order this:   Draw one in the dark is black coffee and wreck em   is scrambled eggs.
