If you’re entering the workforce, there’s no denying that you’ve been dealt a poor hand. The previous generations have borrowed from your future to pad their lifestyle and retirements…
… So what are you waiting for? You’ve got to work harder than the last generation or two because you’re starting further back on the racetrack than they did. You’ve got ground to make up, man.
Remember, in a historical context, there are billions of men before you who also had it really rough. But they had to make it work, and so do you. Be a man, play the hand you’re dealt as best you can. Keep your head down and don’t let the online spirit of depression, angst, bitterness, and despondency get you down. That’s a cop-out, and that’s not you. God doesn’t hand out excuses for difficult circumstances. Invest your talent and increase it, don’t bury it in the ground.
Note: This one is a little shorter, but it’s extra sweet to make up for it. We weren’t able to use the majority of the introductory rambling. Sorry about that, more business and less play in this episode.
