She established a public health data collection enterprise in March 2020 just as the COVID shutdown went into effect. The data collection operation required in-person data collection. As a result, she had to pivot, and Garrow Consulting was formed with an online presence. Through her consulting business, Becky is able to influence social and envi-ronmental policy that benefits mainstream and diverse communities. She not only talks about healthy living, she practices it. Combining her love of Sacramento and biking, she created a com-panion business, Sacramento Bike Tours.

Although he made friends he still felt like an outsider. During and after high school he studied martial arts which added a measure of discipline to his life. Ra-ther than go to college he travel and experienced a number of jobs. His father is a watchmaker, but he wasn’t sure that is what he wanted to do until he got a chance to attend a premier watch-making certification program.
