Work Your Energy

Welcome to the first part of this 3 part mini series about the lower 3 energy centre's in the body, known as chakras.

This week focuses on the 1st energy centre and how blockages and stagnation can affect your business and life, making it harder for you to achieve more abundance and prosperity.

In this episode I talk about how I run my energy every day and how this is beneficial to us.

Next week we take a closer look at the 2nd energy centre, known as The Sacral chakra, which affects your emotions, feelings and creativity.

This week see's our last episode on Energetics for Beginners where we hone in on our electromagnetic field around us and also the energy field that we exist in.

Starting with our emotions and feelings (and self love), then moving into our intuition and the internal world, we end up energetically outside of ourselves in the energetic universe. We access it through our awareness and internal self.

Following on from last week's episode where we looked at emotions & feelings. This week dives into our inner world and in particular our intuition.

What is intuition? Well no one knows for definite and there are many theories, but for my part I feel it is a combination of a few things. The energetic subconscious mind, the energetic heart and the energy field around us.

The more you start to listen and trust your internal world and that inner voice, the happier you will feel and the faster you will grow your business.

Last week a friend asked me to record something for complete beginners, so here it is. My journey into Energetics started a couple of years ago and it began with my emotions and feelings. Learning to master those and take back control of your life is fundamental.

This forms part of a 3 step series:-

Step 1 - Mastering your emotions and self

Step 2 - Intuition and your internal world

Step 3 - Perception and awareness

The synchronistic state is a state that I want more of us to feel, so this week is my take on where the synchronistic state comes from and how we can achieve more of it.

It's all about your energy and flow, and how working on your energy in the form of your limiting beliefs or limited perceptions can release trapped energy from your energy field and get your energy flowing again.

Have you ever felt like the life you are living wasn't the one you wanted or signed up for?

Me too, and it was learning how to change my own reality that allowed me to do this. When you work energetically in your business and life things shift fast and life works better.

This week I talk about flow and how to energetically change your reality, using a case study from my own practice to help you see how you can do it too.

This week's episode is all about strategic and energetic alignment, and not only explains each one and why we need both, but also provides lots of tools and guidance on how you can start getting your energy, and you, more aligned.

When our energy is aligned in our business things flow more easily and life feels far more fun. Synchronicities occur and our dreams start to find us.

This week's podcast is all about your real power and life source and that's the heart. Having worked in business for 3 decades the heart was not really on the agenda much and even I struggled to tap into mine properly. The analytical mind was king and empathy and compassion were for wimps. That was until I was struggling with depression and had to find a way to get myself back to happy again.

Well, I did get back to happy and I found a lot more in the process. The heart does so much more than just keep us alive; it connects you with the energy field, your intuition and your true self. If you aren't connected to your heart, then you are not living, and business and life will feel 100x harder.

I now practice heart-led business strategy and leadership, do you?

This week's episode is a bit of a passion project, as it's been a journey that I have been on myself. Like many of us I lost my own voice, opinions and words as I turned into a people pleaser. The thing is that our voice is our power, our words are our truth, and our thoughts and opinions are what will change the world. But it's only by discovering our authentic self that we will be able to do any of this.

When we speak from the heart, we speak from our higher self and when we operate from this part of us - which is the best of us - we can make great strides in our business and our life. As well as being our genuine and authentic self.
