The second tape is a call with First Advantage about a background report for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta that omitted 10 years and 9 months of Delta employment and flagged me with terms like  decisional,” which in the background check industry and for a potential employer this would be perceived as a Red Flag and jeopardize the job offer.
