Today we are joined by a very old friend of mine. We initially set up this pod/date so that we could talk about her business and discuss the obstacles that came with creating such a high quality and clean brand. We did end up going a tad bit off topic, but the importance of it was much greater than what we had scheduled. So many teenagers are exposed to groomers and not aware of the consequences it may lead to in the future. I truly believe that with this podcast we are spreading awareness to parents and to youth of the various signs and dangers that come with the middle school/high school years. If you have gone through a similar experience know that you are not alone. If there is no one who you think would understand, I hope you find comfort in knowing there are at least two people who do!

That mentality, is what creates such a negative environment for you and those that surround you. Being positive is one of the more difficult things we need to do on a daily basis but the reward of doing so, is greater than most things in life.

We made it to Ironman Morro Bay! On todays episode we do a full recap of our experience. We stayed at a small town named Cayucos about 15 min away from Morro Bay. I thought it was going to be more of a vacation for me, I felt just as much stress as the participants of the Ironman going for a swim in the 58 degree water. First 30 minutes we discuss the pre-race jitters and Michaels estimated times, meanwhile the second half we go over the act time and really breakdown what race day really consists of.
