Welcome to todays episode! On the show I have Activist, and Coach Laura Hartley.
We talk all about how as a collective we are conditioned to plan our lives around pain, instead of pleasure. Why society deems it as 'acceptable' to go through burn out. Instead of honouring ourselves, and tapping into our bodies, and choosing pleasure. Which is a far more effective way of living, and enjoying life! Laura, shares her own tips from coming out of burn out addiction, and how she learnt to tap into her body, and her true pleasure with overcoming this. Laura, and I also talk about why the majority of the world, doesn't want us to be within our bodies, to be following our intuition, and how things like climate change, racism, and other injustices in the world would be in a far better place if we tapped into our own bodies. Sounds wild! However when you look at the facts, its pretty clear.
As you can tell this is a fascinating conversation. I could talk to Laura all day! She is one smart, witty, and determined woman!
