Welcome to todays episode where I have Cancer survivor (4 times round), Breathwork Pro, and Somatic Healer Angharad Owen. This week we talk all about how Angharad healed herself through breath work from cancer 4 times over. How she overcame sexual abuse as a child, by stepping into her body, and reclaiming her power through somatic healing to thrive in her body, instead of survive. Which is why today she now teaches woman how to unleash their sexuality through breath work.
We talk all about the wild, and whacky journey that she has been on, from witnessing men strengthening their penis' with dumbbells. through to sleeping with your 'guru' to become enlightened... yep ladies you aren't alone. We have all been there!
