  • Episode 16: Gratitude

#Gratitude. In Episode 16 of #WorkInProgress we have a conversation about Francine's once in a lifetime trip to Dubai, Zambia, Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe in Africa and we discussed Gratitude. Robert Emmons (the world's expert on gratitude) says that it's an affirmation of goodness and that there is still good things in the world. The second thing he notes is that we recognize that the sources of this goodness is outside of ourselves.

We realized that this is all great, but why don't we have it all the time? When do we show graciousness? How do we keep gratitude in the forefront of what we do even when things aren't going well? It's a conversation worth listening to. Sit back, relax, and laugh with us in our latest episode of #WorkInProgress.

About #WorkInProgress

From the publisher's feed

Some people have health and wellness figured out…for the rest of us,…it's complicated. #WorkInProgress was inspired by conversations we were having with each other. And from those conversations we realized that we just needed to do better. In an effort to gain a better understanding of ourselves, including health, wellness…and life in general we figured it would be a good idea to record our conversations.
