Have you ever felt like a fraud? The reality of imposter syndrome is that it exist in many individuals from all walks of life. Unless an individual possesses infinite confidence or is able to remove themselves from social anxiety, people often deal with imposter syndrome for the majority of their life. This syndrome is not unique to a certain type of demographic but rather it is prevalent in students and those who are working the corporate ladder in their careers.

Although dealing with these internal conflicts may be self debilitating, there are many solutions that students and entry level professionals can apply to elevate the frustration and pain. In this episode, I discuss how I've dealt with Imposter Syndrome while studying Mechanical Engineering and also in my entry level job.

As college tuition seem to increase year after year, many students across the country have to work a part time job in order to receive a higher education. Student may often find themselves exhausted from managing such a heavy work load and some student even drop out because of the stress.

When I was studying for my bachelors, I had to juggle the stress from school and also working a part time job. Now I did not come from a family with deep pockets but by following some rules that I created for myself, I was able to work a part time job throughout my degree and was able to support myself.

As we welcome a new year, many people put together a list of new year resolutions. Although it is great to have goals, new year resolutions sometimes can be overwhelming - especially if you have a long list of unachievable goals.

For 2019, Id like to challenge students to set only one goal for their new year's resolution and that is to develop a routine. Specifically, treat your school schedule like a work schedule.

From my own personal experience, developing a routine was essential to graduating from engineering school. It wasn't until my senior year when I had a firm routine in play and I really wish I would've done it sooner.

As technology begins to advance exponentially, many industries are now implementing and reaping the benefits of augmented reality. Imagine working as a technician and having access to a plethora of information by simply looking at a piece of equipment.

Many students do not take the time to establish a relationship with their professors. But did you know that professors can do much more than teach lectures and grade exams?
