  • 100th EPISODE GONE GOOD
Celebrate our 100th episode with Emmy-winner Faith Salie who returns to takeover the microphone and get the goods from regular World Gone Good host, Steve Silverman. It's a good time as we chat about following our passion to taking big swings and even bigger chances to our favorite guests and shows and everything good in between. And don't you worry, you're in safe hands with Faith running the show. After all she has a little experience from being a regular commentator on CBS Sunday Morning, a regular guest on NPR's Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me, a published author of her deeply personal and especially hilarious memoir Approval Junkie, an off-Broadway performer bringing the pages of her book to life in her one person show of the same name, and oh yeah, this is her fourth time on THIS show - so we're good, you're good, it's all good. This is a big milestone for our little good show that could, would, and still does, and as always we say to you, from our loyal week-to-week listeners to you tuning in for the first time, THANK YOU.

  • INFLUENCER GONE GOOD
Social media influencer Richard Biglia shares what's good about sharing your life - and NOT sharing your life - for the whole world to see, judge, and comment. He's a former dancer turned fitness trainer who prides himself on keeping his online presence real, positive, and yes, good. Are you sharing your authentic self with the world on Instagram? Or have you retouched a few pics before posting, my friends? Guilty. Right here. I'll admit it. We chat about embracing our online selves, how we portray and promote ourselves, and how we hope people will see us when we do. Face it: How we communicate has changed greatly thanks to the Insta, the FB, the tweeting, and twerking on the Tik Tok. Plus Richard shares one of his greatest accomplishments: Becoming a US citizen. This episode is all about keeping it real and keeping it real good.

  • CRIME GONE GOOD
Claire St. Amant is a true crime reporter/journalist/producer/host/story-hunter/and, as she calls herself, general mischief-maker. Her credits include 48 Hours, 60 Minutes, CBS News, and now, most recently, she's the producer and host of her own true crime podcast, Final Days On Earth. So what's good about a crime and a crime story? Why are so many of us hooked on shows like Dateline and podcasts like Claire's own? Is it simply voyeuristic entertainment? Or does it go deeper into who we are as human beings and what life - and death - lessons we learn on our own journey? It's always good to have a fellow podcaster on the show and Claire definitely brings the good and the goods. Someone cue the Law and Order Duh-Dummmmm...

  • THE WELL GONE GOOD
Jon Dengler is all about the work, the work ethic, and how it helps give people back their value and meaning. He's the owner of The Well in Tampa, Florida, where they have three goals: Needs Met - The most basic and concrete way to love our neighbors is to look out for them and make sure they have what it is they need. If your neighbor is thirsty, give them something to drink; Bridges Built - We meet needs in ways that give us opportunities to build relationships within which we are able to meet one another's deeper social, psychological, and spiritual needs as well; and A City Made Whole - We cling to this vision and aim for our city! Tampa can be a truly WellBuilt City and that vision is worth investing all that we have and all that we are to fully realize this ambition of community development. Jon creates relationships through purpose, doing so through putting bikes together and so much more. He's also the host of his own podcast, The Work Ethic. This is his good journey.
