Greetings Travelers!  Today we wrap up the Lazy Scales series with the sixth and final book (of the first arc).  Very excited, as that means next episode we should be doing our author interview!  We're very excited for that and hope you are too.

Included in this episode is the a discussion about crime and punishment, dragon politics, and the severe lack of good m/m monster erotica.   Hey by now you should all know how bad we tangent.

Hello Travelers, sorry for the massive delay!  There was a small audio problem with one of the tracks, and by the time we got it figured out it was well into Fathers Day weekend, so the dragon in charge of editing was busy with family, but better late than never!

A double movie feature!  But its the same movie!  It's time for Disney's Pete's Dragon, both the 1977 original  and the 2016 remake!  Join the dragons as they review and discuss both films, when only one of them has any nostalgic love for the classic.  Find out which one the host dragons liked better, and let us know which one was your favorite on our discord!

Hello again dragon fans!  This episode is a double hitter, Lazy Scales and the direct sequel, Idle Claws, books 1 and 2 of the 6 book Lazy Scales series.  Personally, my favorite books currently, being a transformation story set in the modern day, and it deals with a lot of gritty details as the protagonist has to come to terms with his new body, and how the world sees him, as well as how his altered state of mind and instincts literally change how he perceives the world and his friends.

A word of caution to the queasy, there is some graphicly bloody content within, as the dragon in this book does eat people on occasion, and it gets descriptive, one of our hosts had trouble with a few of the scenes.

Hello everyone!  This is our super late April Fool's episode!  Delayed through a combination of one of the cast members getting sick, and also just poor planning with how far in advanced we try to slate these things.

For the 'holiday', we decided we were going to review some terrible dragon movies.  We each chose one to watch on our own and then brought it to the table to explain it to the others and poke fun at them.  Bantam chose I Am Dragon, Dilitan chose Reign of Fire, and Rei chose The Christmas Dragon. 

Turns out, one of the movies wasn't that terrible after all, and the host watching it fell in love with the film, see if you can guess who!

Hey there listeners!  Sorry this is super late, but the Dragon Host that handles the editing had to go in for unexpected surgery.  Everything is fine now, but for that we decided to delay and basically skip an episode, sorry for the wait!

This episode the dragons tackle their first book without an audio counterpart, Mating Flight by Bard Bloom.  Written in the style of the main characters journal entries, told completely from her point of view without an omniscient narrator.   This artistic decision caused some friction between us, so tune in to find out who loved it and who hated it!

The plot deals with Jyothky, a dragoness who has finally reached adulthood, going on her titular Mating Flight, which is a 12 year vacation of sorts with 2 rival females and 6 bachelor dragons, where they effectively compete for the right to mate.  some adult themes are discussed, though nothing is overly explicit.

This week the dragons played a cute, short little game, called Dragon's Wake.  A 2D platformer with minimal storytelling where you play a dragon.  gain flight upgrades to increase your mobility to make it from scene to scene while a dragonslayer tries to hunt you down.

Turns out,, the game was only an hour long!  The dragons were not aware of this until after the game was played, so with time to spare, we decide to talk a bit on the trope of the dead parents, which we feel shows up far too often in dragon media from what we've noticed.  We also touch a bit on the 'egg trope' where a lot of games or stories tend to start with an egg scene.

Then, at the end, we read some fan mail we received!  Rei was very happy to receive them.
