This episode we review another book, Knight's Fire, by S.J Himes.  This is an m/m erotica book, so reader and listener discretion is advised.  The story follows a young dragon whose escaped from a slaving wizard who harvests magic from his kind, and the Knight who finds him alone and scared in a cave, chased by peasantfolk that blame the dragon for their missing cattle.

As always, we'll begin with a spoiler free review of the writing, story, dialouge, and so on, to give you a good idea if this is a book you want to read for yourself.  Then after the break, we dive into deeper discussions about the world, and being an erotic novel, we do discuss the subject of dragon and human sexual relations, and our opinions on shapeshifting.

This episode, we are reviewing a game!  Mystery of Caketropolis is an rpg maker game on Steam where you play as Rimentus, a young dragon, who takes it upon yourself to discover the truth of the fire of caketropolis.  

We'll review the gameplay and give a brief overview of the story, to help you decide if its a game you'd enjoy adding to your collection.  Then, after the intermission, we'll go into a discussion about the nuances of the dragons in this world, which could possibly spoil aspects of the games story.

Content Warning;  Half human-half dragons are present in the game, so one such nuance we discuss is breeding compatibility.

For our first novel, we are going to be having a look at the world and dragons of Tiamath, from Jo Walton's book "Tooth and Claw".  Every character is a dragon in this victorian english setting, and we follow the children of the Agornin family following their father's death.  

We start with a review, touching on the general pacing, language used, and lightly touching on the themes and plot to help you decide if you would like to read and experience for yourselves.  Then, after a quick break to give you time to stop the episode if you decide to pick this book up for yourself, you may join us as we discuss the plot in depth, the characters themselves, and how Jo handles a world of dragons.
