IKEA Democratic Design Day is an open event at one of the world’s top art schools in Lausanne; ECAL.
The IKEA Democratic Design Day event looks to explore questions on how we will live in the future; the design of spaces and products and how affects our home and our everyday life. They’re looking at the future of what living at home will look like, inviting a selection of designers, architects and sociologists to reflect on this.
Matali Crasset is a French star industrial designer. She sees design as a quest. Matali works from an eccentric stance and is one of the most incisive and experimental designers of our time. She spoke to us to talk about her process.
She'll be speaking at the IKEA event.
