Russia hit a city in central Ukraine with a hypersonic missile, the first time it’s been used, probably in response to a strike by Ukraine with a U.K.-supplied Storm Shadow missile that killed a top Russian general last week. The war in Ukraine has become World War 3 for all intents and purposes.
