What We've realized is it's not just prayer, it's not just worship, it's not just laying on of the hands, its ALSO THERAPY that is needed to combat anxiety, suicidal ideations, etc. We have to do the work of unpacking those traumas to get to the roots of the pain, so we can properly heal and grow and protect our mental health.
