Worst Friends Forever

This week we're discussing the things we liked as kids that we thought we'd outgrow. It's everything from fanfic to Bagel Bites to each other.

This week we're discussing the new Netflix movie MOXIE, directed and starring Amy Poehler. Teenagers start a zine, they sticker a car, and every character is more interesting than the main one.

This week we're joined by Harry Potter fans Brian (@BrianAcunis) and Karter (@karterdpowell) to discuss loving Harry Potter given what we know about J.K. Rowling: She's a bigot.

We hope you enjoy the conversation. Here are some resources we discuss in the episode:

WE'VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR A YEAR.

We looked back on our old pandemic episodes, evaluated how much baking we're doing, and if there is even a point to pants at this point.

This week we're discussing the first three episodes of the new Netflix show, Ginny & Georgia.

Pre-Taylor Swift drama.

This week we're discussing the last movie in the To All the Boys I've Loved Before adaptations from Netflix, Always and Forever. Also how Emily K.'s dog weirdly likes the first one.

We're getting old. We're...not mad about it. Mostly upset to be having a milestone birthday in a pandemic.

And HAPPY BIRTHDAY EMILY!!

This week the advice columnists are moving aside — we providing the advice. We picked some letter from Dear Prudie, and figured out what we'd tell them to do.

We shouldn't be advice columnists.

This week we're discussing the movie Promising Young Woman starring Carey Mulligan, Bo Burnham, Alison Brie, Clancy Brown, Jennifer Coolidge, Laverne Cox, and Connie Britton

I don't have a joke to make here so I'll just say please please please watch this movie before listening to us talk about it.

This week we're hosting a "PowerPoint Party" to convince you all of things that are 100% objective fact. From the best Disney villains to Javert's love of Valjean, to the crime spree of Harry Styles and Taylor Swift.

You don't need to look at the presentations, but we made them anyway.
