Lead magnets are just one way to attract new readers and not only create a raving fan base for your work but also for business writers to upsell their products and services where appropriate.

How you do gain inspiration for your novels? There are lots of different ways in which you get inspired and in this episode, I offer a few suggestions as to how you might get your creative juices flowing!

Do you plan your stories meticulously, outlining every single element of your plot twists and turns or do you.....fly by the seat of your pants and see where the story takes you?

This episode will outline some of the pros and cons of each method and why you should probably adopt a combination of the two.

Are you a title first or a title last kinda' writer? For me, the title is so important and actually helps me to form my story, if I don't have a title from the get-go I find it quite hard to find my flow. Some writers will start with a working title and then brainstorm ideas as they write, others may not find a title until they type The End!

However you find your title, there are a few ways in which you can inspire your creativity - the title can really make or break a your reader's buying decision.

Belonging to a writing community is crucial for inspiration, motivation and support. Similarly, joining a writing sprint can mean that you commit to a time and place and you actually show up and write, Setting your intention is a powerful way to avoid procrastination and to really progress with your writing project.
