Matt Cooper - Findlay School Board President and Battalion Chief of the Findlay Fire Department, where he has served the community for 16 years. StrataSite is a Toledo company meant to remove roadblocks toward the “outside” emergency response plan creation, sharing and adoption between all responding agencies during an emergency. The program serves hundreds of schools in Ohio and Michigan.
