Fun Facts:
What Could It Be? is a strange, beautiful, wistful song.
It uses the filter matrix setting on the Electric Mistress to produce the unusual guitar tone.
What Could It Be? was almost called 'Something'.
That is the name written on the cassette, but not the lyric sheet.
George wrote this song for a new girlfriend after a couple of weeks.
She hated it!

Song for Hannah was written for someone who became friends with the Wud posse in the summer of 1985.
She arrived from Cheltenham and lived in the flat above Gaia's Restaurant in Fore Street.
A few months later she moved to Brighton and formed a band called Pan.
This is a song in A major.

Gary was a name that seemed to be prevalent among trendy, fashionable, frivolous, foolish young men in the 1980s.
Sharon was the female version of Gary.

Fun Facts:
Overture #113 was also a late addition to The Concept Album.
The Concept Album was originally conceived in the spring and summer of 1983.
Much of the music for that album was composed in 1983, although not many of the songs were actually finished at that time.
The talkover is performed by George's Dad, Peter.
The beginning was supposed to be the sound of someone walking along a busy promenade onto a beach and then starting to strum an acoustic guitar.
George attempted to record this at the Sidmouth International Folk Festival.
Unfortunately it was a bit busy and he collided with a couple of other festivalgoers, which put the guitar out of tune.
When he sat on a rock and played the first C-chord, it sounded hideous.
It was very funny, albeit not particularly successful.
The #113 comes from the song being the 113th song in George's chronological list.
