He joined Dr. Peterson to discuss his role as the President of the Pennsylvania Pharmacy Association, along with a House Bill and Senate Bill that will be presented in Harrisburg on April 14th.

Christa Barfield is WURD Radio’s 2022 Level Up winner, and regenerative farmer, entrepreneur and advocate for food justice. As the founder of FarmerJawn Agriculture, Ms. Barfield manages 128 acres across three counties in Pennsylvania making her the largest Black food grower in the state.

She joined Dr. Peterson to discuss FarmerJawn Agriculture’s 2026 Community Support Agriculture program.

Simon Koumjian III is the founding architect of SK3 SpaceVariations, which specializes in architectural design and functional art. For the past five years, Koumjian’s interdisciplinary approach to architecture has been focused on his American-Armenian heritage by integrating his architectural research, and lifelong appreciation for art and landscape.

He joined Dr. Peterson to discuss the Armenian Heritage Walk taking place at the Philadelphia Museum of Art on April 26th.

Chris Norwood joined Dr. Peterson to discuss the Trump administration's recent court cases that have not been going in their favor. The Supreme Court has expressed skepticism of Trump's birthright citizenship order, and a federal judge has ruled Trump's order to end NPR and PBS funding was unconstitutional.

Chauncey Alcorn is Capital B News’ Atlanta’s state and local politics reporter. He joined Dr. Peterson to further discuss his recent article, "Georgia has no Black Republican lawmakers. The GOP wants to change that”.

Dr. Yolanda Sealey-Ruiz is an award-winning author, Professor of English Education at Teachers College at Columbia University. She specializes in racial literacy, culturally responsive education, and diversity, equity and business in education.

Dr. Sealey-Ruiz joined Dr. Peterson to discuss her new book “Archaeology of Self: The Introspective Educator’s Guide to Racial Literacy".

Dr. Nia Bailey is the CEO and founder of The Byrd Cancer Foundation, an organization whose mission is to assist individuals battling cancer by connecting them to support and resources.

On Saturday, April 18th, The Byrd Cancer Education & Advocacy Foundation will host the 3rd Annual All Things Cancer + Wellness Expo at the DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia Center City, bringing together healthcare professionals, survivors, advocates, and community organizations for a day of education, empowerment, and access to care.
