Fireworks sales are booming across Michigan as Independence Day approaches. Local retailers report surging demand, with some saying it’s their busiest season in years. Michigan's law regarding fireworks is now in place and residents have until Saturday, July 5th, to have a local show. Remember it has to be between the hours of 11 a.m. to 11:45 at night, and you can only light them on private property.
