『11:9 ですから、あなたがたに言います。求めなさい。そうすれば与えられます。探しなさい。そうすれば見出します。たたきなさい。そうすれば開かれます。11:10 だれでも、求める者は手に入れ、探す者は見出し、たたく者には開かれます。』

お祈り致します。

愛する天のお父様、み名を崇め感謝します。求め続けなさい、探し続けなさい、たたき続けなさいと主は言われますから感謝します。いつでも、どこでも、喜ぶことができ、絶えず祈り、全ての事に感謝することができますようにお導き願います。信仰の創始者であり、完成者なるイエス様を見上げつつ過ごすことができますようにお助け願います。今日の礼拝を感謝し、主イエス・キリストのお名前によって、お祈り致します。　アーメン。

 「If the foundations are destroyed,What can the righteous do?」　Amen.

Foundations! None of these things - wealth, honor, power, position, health, knowledge, talent, etc. - last forever. The author, David, was at this time fleeing from cave to cave and valley to valley in the mountains. He had nothing to rely on. But he hung on to God's word, prayed to God, and obeyed God. It was a difficult situation, but eventually things changed and he became a king.

『拠り所が壊されたら正しい者に何ができるだろうか。』

  拠り所！財産、名誉、権力、地位、健康、知識、才能等々。どれもこれも永久に続くものではありません。この時、作者ダビデは逃げに逃げていました。山にある洞窟から洞窟へ、谷から谷へと。頼れるものは何もありませんでした。でも、神様のみ言葉を握り、神様に祈り、神様に從ったのです。苦しい状況ではありましたが、やがて、状況が一変し、王様へとなっていくのです。

　今日も、主のみ言葉と共に過ごせますように・・・。

 「But You have seen, for You observe trouble and grief,To repay it by Your hand.The helpless commits himself to You;You are the helper of the fatherless.」　Amen.

 We may lament God's silence and wonder why those who do not believe in God prosper and those who do believe are in suffering. But that is temporary in this life. In eternal heaven, there will be no death, no sorrow, no cries, no suffering, but peace with God.

May we experience the foretaste of heaven today.

『あなたは見ておられました。労苦と苦痛をじっと見つめておられました。それを御手の中に収めるために。不幸な人はあなたに身をゆだねます。みなしごはあなたがお助けになります。』

  私たちは、時々、神様の沈黙を嘆いたり、神様を信じない人たちが繫栄し、信じる人たちが苦難の中にいることに疑念を抱いたりします。しかし、それはこの世にある短い時間だけで、永遠に続く天国では、死もなく、悲しみも叫びも苦しみもない、平安な時間を神様と共に過ごすことになるのです。

　今日も、天国の前味を経験することができますように・・・。

 「For the needy shall not always be forgotten;The expectation of the poor shall not perish forever.」

　Amen.

  Conversely, being "forgotten" or "losing hope" is an unbearable experience. It can be especially painful and frightening for those in the poverty and hardship. But there is a way for us to be neither "forgotten" nor "lose hope" in such times. That way is to repent and run to God. There, God is waiting to give us the hope of eternal life, and He will never abandon us.

May we put our hope in Him today as well.

『貧しい者は決して忘れられることがなく

苦しむ者の望みは永遠に失せることがない。』

逆に言うと、「忘れられる」「望みが失せる」ということは、耐えがたい経験なのです。特に、貧困と苦難の環境の中にいる人にとっては、辛く恐ろしいものに感じることでしょう。でも、そんな中にあったとしても、「忘れられる」ことなく、「望みが失せる」こともない道が私たちには備えられているのです。悔い改めて、神の元へ駆け込むことなのです。そこには、決して見捨てることもなく、永遠の命の望みを与えてくださる神様が待っていらっしゃるのです。

今日も、主に望みを置くことができますように・・・。　

 「O Lord, our Lord,How excellent is Your name in all the earth!」　Amen.

  The same words as in the first verse are repeated here. This must be what the author is trying to say. We see things differently when we look at them through the eyes of God or through the eyes of man. Even in the familiar scenery of our daily lives, we can find new discoveries when we look at it from a different perspective. In our busy daily lives, when we look at people beside us, we are concerned about their superiority or inferiority, but when we look at them from above, there is no difference at all. But when you look at it from above, it is no different.  He sees us and says "You are precious and honored."

　1節と同じ言葉が繰り返されています。この作者の言いたい事なんでしょう。神様の目を通して見るか、人の目を通して見るかで見方が違ってきます。毎日通う見慣れた風景でも、違った視点で見ると、新しい発見があるものです。忙しい生活の中で、横ばかり見ていると、人の優劣ばかり気になるものですが、上から見ると何ら変わりはないのです。「あなたは高価で尊い」、神様は、そんな風に見ているのです。

　今日も、主の愛の中で平安に過ごせますように・・・。

 「Oh, let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end,But establish the just;For the righteous God tests the hearts and minds.」　Amen.

  God knows all about how weak, foolish, and sinful we are. He even knows the depths of our hearts that we are unaware of. But Jesus does not condemn us at all, but defends us before God. Jesus loves us, forgives us, and accepts us. Because of the blood that Jesus shed, we can stand firm.

May we set our mind on the love of the cross of Jesus today.
