「The thoughts of the righteous are right,

　But the counsels of the wicked are deceitful.」Amen.

Righteous and deceit. People will follow those who are right. A right person will lead people in the right direction. He or she is equipped with foresight, planning, and charm. And if there is righteousness before God and agape love, more people will follow. Those who have been touched by Jesus are still active in the whole world.

　May we touch Him today as well....

　悪しき者の助言は欺瞞。』

　公正と欺瞞。人々がついていくのは、やはり、公正な人の方でしょう。公正な人は、人々を良き道へと導きます。その人には、先見的であり、計画的であり、魅力的なものが備えられているのです。そして、神の前にある正しさ、アガペーの愛があるならば、もっと多くの人々がついてくるのです。イエス様に触れた人々は、今もなお、全世界で活き続けているのです。

　今日も、主に触れることができますように・・・。

「An excellent wife is the crown of her husband,

　But she who causes shame is like rottenness in his bones.」Amen.

 A wife should protect her family well, serve her husband well, and raise her children well. If I say these things out loud, I feel as if I might hear an objection from somewhere. No matter how times change, no matter how ideologies change, no matter how human beings change, the most peaceful path is to hold on to the unchanging Word of God and spend time in prayer.

　May we spend our time today praying to the Lord....

『しっかりした妻は夫の冠。

　恥をもたらす妻は、夫の骨の中の腐れのようだ。』

　妻がしっかり家庭を守り、しっかり夫に仕え、しっかり子どもを育てる。こんなことを声高に言うと今は、どこからか反論が聞こえてきそうな気がします。どんなに時代が変わろうと、どんなに思想が代わろうと、どんなに人間がかわろうと、変わりなき神様のみ言葉を握りしめて、祈りつつ過ごすことが一番の平安な道なのです。

　今日も、主に祈りつつ過ごすことができますように・・・。

「He who trusts in his riches will fall,

　But the righteous will flourish like foliage.」Amen.

I have no wealth to begin with, so I have nothing to rely on, but I have heard many stories of people who have acquired great wealth and then perished. We are born naked and die naked. We cannot take the wealth we have amassed in this life to the next life. Only God is in control of the past, the present, the future, and everything else. Therefore, God is the one we should rely on.

　May we sprout like young leaves today....

『自分の富に拠り頼む者は倒れ、

　正しい人は若葉のように芽を出す。』

　そもそも、私には富がありませんので、拠り頼むことはないのですが、大金を手にして、滅んでいった人の話は良く聞きます。私たちは、裸で生まれ、裸で死んでいくのです。この世で集めた富をあの世に持っていくことはできないのです。過去も現在も未来も、すべてを支配しておられるのは、神様だけなのです。だから、頼るべきは神様なのです。

　今日も、若葉のように芽を出すことができますように・・・。　

「The generous soul will be made rich,

　And he who waters will also be watered himself.」Amen.

It's nice to be "The generous soul" I myself am not generous at all. I hate it when things don't go as planned. I get frustrated when things don't go smoothly. I have a set routine for each day, and when it deviates from that routine, I get uncomfortable. I don't hit anyone, but I feel like I might. If I were younger, I would have been angry for sure. But now I am able to receive peace by praying. Prayer has become a necessity in my life.

『おおらかな人は豊かにされ、

　他人を潤す人は自分も潤される。』

　「おおらかな人」って、良いですよね。私自身、全くおおらかではありません。予定通りに進まないと嫌になります。物事が順調にいかないといらだちます。毎日のルーティンが決まっていて、そこがずれると、不快になります。誰かに当たることはありませんが、当たりそうになります。若かったら、確実に怒っていたことでしょう。そんな私でも祈る事によって、平安を頂く事ができるようになってきました。祈ることは生活の必需品となりました。

　今日も、主に祈る事ができますように・・・。
