『その夜、【主】はソロモンに現れ、彼に言われた。「わたしはあなたの祈りを聞き、この場所をわたしにいけにえを献げる宮として選んだ。7:13 わたしが天を閉ざして雨が降らなくなったり、あるいはわたしがバッタに命じてこの地を食い尽くさせたりして、わたしがわたしの民に対して疫病を送ったときには、7:14 わたしの名で呼ばれているわたしの民が、自らへりくだり、祈りをささげ、わたしの顔を慕い求めてその悪の道から立ち返るなら、わたしは親しく天から聞いて、彼らの罪を赦し、彼らの地を癒やす。7:15 今、わたしはこの場所でささげられる祈りに目を開き、耳を傾ける。』

お祈りします。

愛する天のお父様、み名を崇め感謝します。あなたの前で遜り、祈り、神の御顔を慕い求め、悔い改めてあなたに立ち帰る時に、あなたは、地を癒やすと約束されてくださり、ありがとうございます。私たちはこの世を過ごしながら、色々な戦いがありますが、いつでも、どこでも、主を見上げながら祈り続けることができますようにお導き願います。今日の礼拝を感謝し、すべてを感謝し、主イエス・キリストのお名前によってお祈り致します。アーメン。

「"But now, do not therefore be grieved or angry

　with yourselves because you sold me here;

　for God sent me before you to preserve life.」　Amen.

『私をここに売ったことで、今、

　心を痛めたり自分を責めたりしないでください。

　神はあなたがたより先に私を遣わし、

　いのちを救うようにしてくださいました。』

　エジプトの大臣が、「私はヨセフです。」と語ったときには、どんなに兄たちは驚いたことでしょう。時として、悪意が神の摂理だということもありえるのです。そして、ヨセフが言ったのが

今日のみ言葉なのです。兄たちの後悔の念を和らげる思いやりのある言葉でした。エジプトに売られた時、誘惑を拒否し牢獄に入れられた時、夢の解き明かしをしたにも関わらず二年間忘れ去られた時、ヨセフにとっては苦しい日々でしたが、口から出た言葉は兄たちへの思いやりでした。

　今日も、主のみ旨に心を留めることができますように・・・。　

『一人は私のところから出て行ったきりで、

　きっと獣にかみ裂かれてしまったのだ、

　と私は言った。

　今に至るまで、私は彼を見ていない。』

　ヤコブが愛したラケルの間にもうけた子供は、ヨセフとベニヤミンでした。そのヨセフは、

兄弟たちによって獣にかみ裂かれて死んだことになっていました。残るは、愛するベニヤミンだけでした。そのベニヤミンにも苦難が迫っていました。ヤコブにとっては、辛い状況でした。でも、実際は、ヨセフは生きており、神の計画が着々と進められていたのです。

　今日も、主の御心を知ることができますように・・・。

「'and the one went out from me,

　and I said, "Surely he is torn to pieces";

　and I have not seen him since.」　　Amen.

 　The children of Jacob's beloved Rachel were Joseph and Benjamin. Joseph was supposed to have died,was supposed to have died, having been torn to pieces by a beast by his brothers. All that remained was his beloved Benjamin. Benjamin, too, was facing hardship. It was a difficult situation for Jacob. But in reality, Joseph was alive, and God's plan was steadily moving forward.

　Joseph had ordered his men to return the silver they had received. So, the food was given to them for free. This is grace. Our salvation is also by God's grace. We did not do anything for God. There is no reward for salvation, just God's grace. There is only gratitude.

『ところが、宿泊所に着いて、

　袋を開けると、なんと、私たちの一人ひとりの銀が

　そのまま自分の袋の口にあったのです。それで、

　私たちはそれを返しに持って参りました。』

　ヨセフは、受け取った銀を返すように部下に命じていました。だから、食料はただでもらったことになります。これは、恵みですね。私たちの救いも神の恵みによるものなのです。私たちが神の為に何かをしたわけではない。救いの為の報酬があるわけではない、ただただ神の恵みなのです。感謝あるのみです。

　今日も、主の恵みに感謝できますように・・・。　

『ヨセフはファラオに答えた。

　「私ではありません。

　神がファラオの繁栄を知らせてくださるのです。」』

　ヨセフは、二年間牢獄で待たされました。二人の廷臣の夢を解き明かしたのに、二年間も忘れ去られていたのです。しかし、彼は腐ることもなく、落ち込むこともなく、ただじっと待っていたのです。神の時が動くと速やかに動いていくのです。ヨセフはエジプトの宰相にまで昇りつめるのです。「神の霊が宿っているこのような人が、ほかに見つかるだろうか。」

　今日も、主に近づくことができますように・・・。

「So Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying,

　"It is not in me;

　God will give Pharaoh an answer of peace."」　Amen.

　Joseph was kept in prison for two years. He had unlocked the dreams of two courtiers and was forgotten for two years. But he did not rot, nor was he discouraged; he simply waited patiently. When God's time moves, it moves swiftly. Joseph would rise to the position of vizier of Egypt. He said,“Can we find such a one as this, a man in whom is the Spirit of God?”

　May we draw near to the Lord today....

「So he asked Pharaoh's officers who were with him

　in the custody of his lord's house, saying,

　"Why do you look so sad today?"」　Amen.

　The chief offeror and chief cook of the king of Egypt have been imprisoned in the prison where Joseph is being held. There, Joseph asked them a question, which is today's scripture.

Joseph asked them a question in today's scripture. Joseph's heart was warm and protected by God, despite the disappointment of being falsely accused, the darkness of the prison, and the loneliness of being in a foreign country. From here, he rose to become the vizier of Egypt through the revelation of a dream. If he had remained with a dark heart, he probably would not have called on God.When we follow God, the way opens up.
