『思慮はあなたを守り、

　英知はあなたを保つ。』

　「思慮分別」のある人とない人では、その行動パターンが随分と違ってきます。トイという人は、

思慮とは「物事を計画する心である」と言いました。究極的な目的を見極めて、それに向かって手を打っていく心だというのです。心が神に向かって行くと、み言葉が心に蓄えられ、それが口から出て、習慣となり、そして、人格が形成されるのです。それがまた私たちを守るのです。

　今日も、神のみ前で祈ることができますように・・・。　

「When wisdom enters your heart,

　And knowledge is pleasant to your soul,」　　Amen.

He says that when the wisdom of God enters the heart, the soul rejoices. God's wisdom is to invite those who believe in the fact that He sent Jesus as Savior, crucified Him, died, was buried in the tomb, and rose again on the third day to heaven. He wants all of humanity to be transferred from the reign of sin to the reign of God. I, too, was saved, and I am simply grateful.

　May I thank God for His wisdom today....

『知恵があなたの心に入り、

　知識がたましいに喜びとなるからだ。』

　神の知恵が心に入ると、たましいが喜ぶと言うのです。神の知恵とは、救い主としてイエス様を遣わし、十字架に架け、死んで墓に葬られ、三日目に蘇える、その事実を信じた人たちを天国に誘うことなのです。人類のすべての人たちが罪の支配から神の支配へと移されることを望んでいるのです。この私も救われ、ただただ感謝なのです。

　今日も、神の知恵に感謝できますように・・・。　

「He guards the paths of justice,

　And preserves the way of His saints.」　　Amen.

God's protection is everywhere. It may be God's Word. It may be an unexpected event. It could be information from God. Indeed, it comes at the best time, in the best way, and by the best person. When I quietly look back on my life now, I am reminded of many things that come to mind.

　May we count the Lord's blessings today....

『公正の道筋を保ち、

　主にある敬虔な人たちの道を守られる。』

　神様の守りは至る所にあります。それは、神のみ言葉かも知れない。思いも寄らない出来事かもしれない。神からもたらされた情報かも知れない。実に、一番良い時に一番良い方法で一番良い人によってもたらされるのです。今、静かに自分の人生を振り返ると、思いあたることが多々思い出されるのです。

　今日も、主の恵みを数えることができますように・・・。　　

「He stores up sound wisdom for the upright;

　He is a shield to those who walk uprightly;」　Amen.

　How reassuring it would be if God would be our shield. We never know what will happen as we go through life. There may be the death of a close relative. You may suffer a disaster. A business may fail and you may fall into financial difficulties. If we have something to shield us in such a situation, we will be able to overcome somehow. God is a shield for those who walk righteously.

　May the Lord's shield protect you today....

『主は正直な人のために、すぐれた知性を蓄え、

　誠実に歩む人たちの盾となり、』

　神様が私たちの盾となって下さったら、何と心強いことでしょう。人生を歩んでいくと何が起きるか分かりません。近親者の死があるかも知れません。災害に見舞われることがあるかもしれません。事業が失敗して経済的困窮の中に陥るかもしれません。そんな時に盾となるものがあったら、何とか乗り越えることができると思います。神様は正しく歩む者の盾となってくださるのです。

　今日も、主の盾に守られますように・・・。　

『9:1 またイエスは彼らに言われた。「まことに、あなたがたに言います。ここに立っている人たちの中には、神の国が力をもって到来しているのを見るまで、決して死を味わわない人たちがいます。」9:2 それから六日目に、イエスはペテロとヤコブとヨハネだけを連れて、高い山に登られた。すると、彼らの目の前でその御姿が変わった。9:3 その衣は非常に白く輝き、この世の職人には、とてもなし得ないほどの白さであった。9:4 また、エリヤがモーセとともに彼らの前に現れ、イエスと語り合っていた。9:5 ペテロがイエスに言った。「先生。私たちがここにいることはすばらしいことです。幕屋を三つ造りましょう。あなたのために一つ、モーセのために一つ、エリヤのために一つ。」9:6 ペテロは、何を言ったらよいのか分からなかったのである。彼らは恐怖に打たれていた。

9:7 そのとき、雲がわき起こって彼らをおおい、雲の中から声がした。「これはわたしの愛する子。彼の言うことを聞け。」9:8 彼らが急いであたりを見回すと、自分たちと一緒にいるのはイエスだけで、もはやだれも見えなかった。』

『【主】が知恵を与え、

　御口から知識と英知が出るからだ。』

　お金も車も知恵も、それ自身は良くも悪くもなく、中立的なものです。使い方次第で、傲慢になったり、凶器になったり、人を陥れたりします。ここでは、神からの知恵が与えられ、それは人を生かす知恵だというのです。 「コロ4:6 あなたがたのことばが、いつも親切で、塩味の効いたものであるようにしなさい。そうすれば、一人ひとりにどのように答えたらよいかが分かります。」

　今日も、人を生かす言葉を語ることができますように・・・。

「For the Lord gives wisdom;

　From His mouth come knowledge and understanding;」　Amen.

 　Money, cars, and wisdom are neutral in themselves, neither good nor bad. Depending on how they are used, they can become arrogant, a deadly weapon, or a trap to ensnare others. Here, wisdom is given by God, and it is wisdom that keeps people alive. "Col 4:6 Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one."

　May we speak words of life to others today....
