「Deliver me, O Lord, from evil men;

　Preserve me from violent men,」　Amen.

　The true enemy cannot be seen; they come disguised as allies. "2 Corinthians 11:14 And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light." The person who opposes us may not be the enemy, and the person who seems friendly may actually be the enemy. Discernment is necessary. The Bible teaches us that Satan, the ruler of the dark world, is the true enemy. But there is no need to fear. When we walk with the Lord, pray to the Lord, and read the Bible, the enemy cannot come close.

『私のうちに　傷のついた道があるかないかを見て

　私をとこしえの道に導いてください。』

　「傷のついた道」とは、苦痛をもたらす悪しき生き方であり、「とこしえの道」とは、神のみ旨に沿った生き方の事なのです。人生は選択の連続なのです。右の道なのか左の道なのか、その結果は誰も知りません。「今知らず、後知るべし」、それでも選ばなければならないのです。その時に、自分の中に確かな基準がある人は幸いです。確かな基準、それは聖書が一番確かなのです。

　今日も、聖書に依り頼む事ができますように・・・。

「And see if there is any wicked way in me,

　And lead me in the way everlasting.」　Amen.

　The 'wicked way' refers to a harmful way of living that brings pain, while the 'way everlasting' refers to a way of living in accordance with God's will. Life is a series of choices. Whether it is the right path or the left path, no one knows the outcome. "Don't know now, and know later." Nevertheless, choices must be made. It is fortunate for those who have a solid standard within themselves. The most reliable standard is the Bible.

『神よ　私を探り　私の心を知ってください。

　私を調べ　私の思い煩いを知ってください。』

　この敬虔な祈りを続けてくと、やがて、確信へと導かれるのです。この詩篇の冒頭に述べた確信へ戻っていくのです。「【主】よあなたは私を探り知っておられます。」、人間ですから、確信が揺らぐ時が多々あります。しかし、祈り続けていくと、また確信が与えられてくるのです。「ミカ6:8 主はあなたに告げられた。人よ、何が良いことなのか、【主】があなたに何を求めておられるのかを。それは、ただ公正を行い、誠実を愛し、へりくだって、あなたの神とともに歩むことではないか。」主と共に歩む事こそが肝要なのです。

　今日も、主と共に歩むことができますように・・・。

「Search me, O God, and know my heart;

　Try me, and know my anxieties;」　Amen.

　May you continue to pray with reverence, and eventually be led to confidence. Return to the assurance mentioned at the beginning of this Psalm, "Lord, you have searched me and known me." As human beings, there are often times when our confidence wavers. However, as you continue to pray, you will be given assurance once again. "Micah 6:8 He has shown you, O man, what is good;And what does the Lord require of you.But to do justly,To love mercy,And to walk humbly with your God?" Walking with the Lord is essential.

『5:1 その後、ユダヤ人の祭りがあって、イエスはエルサレムに上られた。5:2 エルサレムには、羊の門の近くに、ヘブル語でベテスダと呼ばれる池があり、五つの回廊がついていた。5:3 その中には、病人、目の見えない人、足の不自由な人、からだに麻痺のある人たちが大勢、横になっていた。

5:4 【本節欠如】5:5 そこに、三十八年も病気にかかっている人がいた。5:6 イエスは彼が横になっているのを見て、すでに長い間そうしていることを知ると、彼に言われた。「良くなりたいか。」

5:7 病人は答えた。「主よ。水がかき回されたとき、池の中に入れてくれる人がいません。行きかけると、ほかの人が先に下りて行きます。」5:8 イエスは彼に言われた。「起きて床を取り上げ、歩きなさい。」5:9 すると、すぐにその人は治って、床を取り上げて歩き出した。ところが、その日は安息日であった。』

「テテレスタイ」、「完了した」と言って、イエス様は息を引き取られたのです。「テテレスタイ」とは、ギリシャ語で「完成した」「達成された」という意味を持つ言葉です。この言葉は、イエス様が自らの使命を果たし、罪の赦しと救いの働きを完成したことを表しています。私たちのすべての罪はこの言葉によって、すべて支払われたのです。

お祈りします。

愛する天のお父様、み名を崇め感謝します。イエス様は、私たちを選び、救い、私たちに永遠の命を与えて下さいました。何の功しもない私を選び、絶望の人生を希望の人生へと変えて下さり、罪の代価をすべて支払ってくださって感謝します。死の向こうに希望があることを示してくださり、ありがとうございます。いつでもどこでも、信仰の創始者であり、完成者なるイエス様を見上げつつ過ごすことができますようにお導き願います。今日の礼拝を感謝し、この祈りを主イエス・キリストのみ名によってお祈りします。アーメン。

『あなたこそ　私の内臓を造り

　母の胎の内で私を組み立てられた方です。』

　神様によって造られた人間の体は素晴らしいものがあります。精密に精巧に補完的に造られています。ある人が心筋梗塞で入院し緊急手術をしたそうです。心臓の一部が壊死していたそうですが、他の血管から毛細血管が伸びて、血液を送り込み、壊死が拡がるのを食い止めていたそうです。また、ある医師は解剖した時に、その緻密さに、「私は神を見た」とつぶやいたそうです。人間の体は恐ろしいほど不思議に、神によって組み立てられているのです。

　今日も、不思議なる神の御業に心を留めることができますように・・・。　

「For You formed my inward parts;

　You covered me in my mother's womb.」　Amen.

The human body, created by God, is a wonderful thing. It is precision, elaborate, and complementary. One person was hospitalized for a myocardial infarction and underwent emergency surgery. Part of his heart was necrotic, but capillaries from other blood vessels were extending and pumping blood to stop the necrosis from spreading. One of the doctors who dissected the body said, "I saw God" when he saw how meticulous it was. The human body is constructed by God in a terrifyingly mysterious way.　May we be mindful of the wondrous work of God today....　　　　God bless you.   See you next week.

『たとえ　私が天に上っても

　そこにあなたはおられ

　私がよみに床を設けても

　そこにあなたはおられます。』

　詩篇１３９篇は、神様が全てを知り、どこにもおられ、何でもおできになる偉大なお方であることを歌っています。私の信じる神様は、この世のどこにも住むことができない大きなお方ではありますが、私のちっぽけな心の中には住んでくださるのです。信じた瞬間に宿ってくださり、私達が見ようが見まいが、感じようが感じまいが、触れようが触れまいが、確かに存在しているのです。

　今日も、偉大な神様に触れ合うことができますように・・・。

「If I ascend into heaven, You are there;

　If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there.」　Amen.

　Psalm 139 sings of how God knows everything, is present everywhere, and is capable of all things. The God I believe in may not dwell in any specific place in this world, but He dwells within my humble heart. The moment I believe, He takes residence, and whether we see or not, feel or not, touch or not, He surely exists.

　May we be able to commune with the great God today.
