「For there is not a word on my tongue,

　But behold, O Lord, You know it altogether.」　Amen.

  The omniscient and omnipotent God knows every aspect of me. He searches and understands the depths of my heart. He knows when I rise and when I sit, and He can discern my thoughts. He watches over me whether I walk or lie down, and He knows every step of my journey. That is why I can trust and surrender to Him. It is within the peace of the Lord that I can dwell.

May we be filled with the peace of the Lord today.

『ことばが私の舌にのぼる前になんと　【主】よ

　あなたはそのすべてを知っておられます。』

　全知全能なる神様は、この私のすべてを知っておられるのです。この私の心の奥深くを探り知っておられるのです。立つのも座るのも知っておられ、私の思いも読み取られているのです。私が歩く時も伏す時も見守り、私の道のすべてを知りぬいておられるのです。だから、信頼して委ねることができるのです。主の平安の中で過ごすことができるのです。

　今日も、主の平安で満たされますように・・・　

「The Lord will perfect that which concerns me;

　Your mercy, O Lord, endures forever;

　Do not forsake the works of Your hands.」　Amen.　

　The Lord promises to fulfill everything for the psalmist. For someone as weak and small as myself, God knows my needs, has saved me, and has even prepared the way to heaven. God knows the darkness of my heart that I may not even be aware of. And God pours down peace and grace from above. That is why I am able to live in peace.

『【主】は私のためにすべてを成し遂げてくださいます。

　【主】よ　あなたの恵みはとこしえにあります。

　あなたの御手のわざをやめないでください。』

　主は詩人の為には、全てを成し遂げてくれるというのです。この弱く、小さな私の為に、神は私の必要を知っておられ、救ってくださり、天国への道をも備えて下さいました。私の心の奥にある、自分でも気付いていない心の闇をも知っておられるのです。そして、上から平安を恵みを注いでくださるのです。だから、私は平穏に暮らせることができるのです。

　今日も、主の平安のうちに過ごすことができますように・・・。　

「In the day when I cried out, You answered me,

　And made me bold with strength in my soul.」　Amen.

　There are times when we pray and pray, but there seems to be no response from God. It could be that God's answer is "No" or "Wait." Here, it says that there was a response and strength received on the same day of prayer. The closer our relationship is with God, the more we can taste His response every morning and evening. The encouragement and empowerment poured out by God are essential for our daily lives.

『私が呼んだその日に　あなたは私に答え

　私のたましいに力を与えて強くされました。』

　祈っても祈っても、神様からの応答がない時があります。それは、神様の答えが「ノー」かもしれませんし、「待て」なのかもしれません。ここでは、祈ったその日のうちに応答があり、力を得たとあります。神様との関係が近ければ近いほど、朝な夕なに神様の応答を味あうことができることでしょう。神様から注がれる励ましや力づけは、生きていく上でなくてはならないものなのです。

　今日も、主の励ましに与ることができますように・・・。

『どうして私たちが異国の地で

　【主】の歌を歌えるだろうか。』

　異国の地は、すなわち異教の地なのです。そこでは信じている神様が違うので、「汚れた地」と見なされていました。その環境の中では、主の歌を歌えないと語っているのです。エゼキエル書でもこのように言っています。「わたしが追いやる国々の中で、自分たちの汚れたパンを食べなければならない。」自分たちの食べるパンも汚れていると感じていたようです。

　今日も、主と共に過ごすことができますように・・・。　

『6:14 そこで、王は馬と戦車と大軍をそこに送った。彼らは夜のうちに来て、その町を包囲した。

6:15 神の人の召使いが、朝早く起きて外に出ると、なんと、馬と戦車の軍隊がその町を包囲していた。若者がエリシャに、「ああ、ご主人様。どうしたらよいのでしょう」と言った。6:16 すると彼は、「恐れるな。私たちとともにいる者は、彼らとともにいる者よりも多いのだから」と言った。

6:17 そして、エリシャは祈って【主】に願った。「どうか、彼の目を開いて、見えるようにしてください。」【主】がその若者の目を開かれたので、彼が見ると、なんと、火の馬と戦車がエリシャを取り巻いて山に満ちていた。』

ステパノが歯ぎしりしながら自分に石を投げる人々を見ないで、天におられるイエス様を仰ぎ見ました。天軍天使の応援を見ました。それでステパノは彼らの罪を赦してくださいと祈った後、眠りにつきました。これが最後の勝利であります。私たちの目がいつもイエス様から離れないように霊の目の訓練をし続けなければなりません。

お祈りします。

愛する天のお父様、み名を崇め感謝します。今日は、エリシャの霊の目が開く祝福を通して学ぶことができ感謝します。私たちは、この世を過ごしながら、肉の目でばかり見て、一喜一憂するものですが、目を天に移して、霊の目で見ることができますようにお導き願います。ステパノが天にいるイエス様を見て、眠りについたように召されていったように、その信仰が我が信仰となりますようにお助け願います。今日の礼拝を感謝し、主イエス・キリストのお名前によってお祈り致します。　アーメン。
