I've come to the conclusion that braces are lies and I was conned - well maybe that's a bit dramatic but when am I nae?  This weeks chat sounds like it's not all gonna link together but I swear braces, hams, slow cookers, strictly, driving and betting all link beautifully.  At least in my brain they do.  Enjoy this weeks ramblings and let me know if you also feel lied to by orthodontist.  Let me know on Instagram @alyx_ross or twitter @alyxc_ross
