When is the last time you audited your circle? When is the last time you spent time around people that challenged who you are and how you think about the world? When is the last time you weren't the smartest person in the room? If you can't remember the last time any of these were true, then this episode will remind you why it's important to check your circle and then position yourself to be sharpened.

I was encouraged to share a little about the journey to the podcast launch so here's a snippet. How you speak to yourself will forever outweigh how anyone else speaks to you. 

When something is dropped in your spirit and won't go away, don't ignore it. If you're scared that means you're passionate about what you have to share....SHARE IT! Do it scared, do it broke, do it unsure...just do it. Get it out there, perfect it later!
