This short, gentle practice is focused on inviting range of motion in the neck. We start on the back body in a neutral spine position to inquire into differences between the sides. We move to the belly to allow for passive softening in the neck working with gravity to release. Then, we add some engagement and activation in hands and knees to wake up the muscles through gentle movement.
