In this (first!) episode, I encourage every Mom out there to do some Yoga by themselves. Why? Because where our attention goes, energy flows. Most of the Moms I know tend to everyone else’s needs before their own. At times, this is necessary. But when all our attention goes towards others, our vitality goes with it, leaving us not enough to fully function in or enjoy the life we work so hard to maintain.
