Yoga In Motion

We hear it in meditation classes all the time, we need to move beyond

attachment and aversion. Develop more equanimity, because these two

qualities are obstacles and will impact our ability to be truly happy.

Many Buddhist teachings center around this principle of attachment and

aversion and how as a practitioner we need to get savy at identifying when

these two are in the drivers seat.

In this short recording I take the time to talk about the 3 qualities you

want to develop as a yoga student and if you're a teacher the ways in which

you need to support your students to finding their yoga practice.

A very brief history on yoga and the author of the Yoga Sutras.
