Welcome to Yoga Live, the podcast where yoga comes alive. I'm your host, Liz Layne. I practice and teach yoga in Colorado, and I'm all about getting curious in my yoga practice. On this weekly podcast, I'm bringing that curiosity to life. I'll talk to real yogis about all things yoga. My guests share stories of the inspiration and impact yoga has on their lives, both on and off the yoga mat.

On this podcast, I'll interview both students of yoga (and teachers!). All of our stories that we'll share are all about a time that yoga inspired us or gifted us something, or [a time] that we experienced something through yoga that we haven't experienced in life itself.

I also hear so many myths about yoga. The main one being I can't do yoga because I am not flexible enough. Many of us know that that's just not the capital "T" truth. Connection is also one of my personal core values, so interviewing people naturally sounded like fun to me. Overall, I am so excited to share my conversations with other unique yogis through this medium of the Yoga Live podcast.

The following week after each guest's interview episode, we will release a meditation episode led by last week's guest! You can access this meditation again and again for your personal practice. You'll be inspired to explore something new in your yoga practice, or perhaps to try yoga for the very first time!
