10 Minute Hatha Yoga
In this 10 minute Hatha Yoga we will explore the breath and encouraging deeper breath through our Yoga poses.
This Hatha Yoga class will begin standing and end standing. It is a perfect morning session and an opportunity to encourage spinal flexibility and strength.
The Yoga poses will also help to strengthen the legs bring more focus and concentration.
