  • A Spirit that is Young as Ever!
Last week we celebrated World Environment Day and on June 8th it was World Oceans Day. How with the mention of color red we immediately think of love, similarly with the mention of Ocean or Beaches I immediately think of my today’s guest -  Ammujam Raveendran who prefers to be addressed as Ammu. She is the one behind  “The Save Oman Beaches" initiative. She began with it in 2019 at the age of 54+, with 59 beach clean ups and tonnes of waste collected, She is willed to do all that it takes to protect and preserve the beaches of Oman (and the ones she visits anywhere in the world). This is her story about her forever young spirit.

  • Celebrating individuality and the art of making mistakes the Multipotentialite way!
On World Environment Day, I have Dareen Mehdi on the podcast who is the Board Member of Environment Society of Oman. While we discuss the positive impact of the Pandemic on planet Earth, change in the choices we make from now on; I try to dig deep into her personality. She in all honesty, reveals her power of being a jack of all, her idea of celebrating individuality rather than the average that the society wants us to be and the art of making mistakes. Join me once again on a journey unfolding yet another personality.

  • Breaking Stigmas, Pushing boundaries!

From being diagnosed with Bipolar disorder in her teens, attempting suicide a few times, dealing with bullying and educating her family about her situation, Mazoon Al Zadjali has a spirit that is infectious. She is a Youth Advocate and has represented Oman at various International conferences and Events. Even the Russian President Vladimir Putin couldn't ignore her and awarded her for her work in 2017. This is her candid conversation about being Bipolar, attempting suicide and never ever giving up. As the Mental Health Awareness Month is almost coming to an end, I am delighted to have Mazoon Al Zadjali opening up about her struggles and explaining 'Self Love'.
